No rain for a long time is slowly killing everything in the garden

At this very moment, Scandinavia is experiencing the worst heatwave in a very long time, leaving everything turned brown in the gardens, and in nature in general.

It's a tricky situation, and I don't want to sound like I'm complaining, because in many other ways I enjoy the summer, and the heat🙂 But everything is so thirsty for water right now, and all the beautiful summer colors are slowly disappearing..

Single survivors can still be found

The heatwave is getting so bad, that open fire is forbidden, and in Sweden, several wildfires have broken out. Sweden is at the moment getting help from other countries to fight the fires, and the situation is getting critical in many places.

Like I mentioned everything is hurting without water, farmers are getting under a lot of pressure, and some of their crops is being destroyed, so this situation can not go on for much longer. Hoping for some rain soon!

I know that situations like this is happening all the time different places in the world, and often much worse situations, with larger impacts on the population, I have the fullest respect for that! But the situation in Scandinavia right now is very unusual, hoping that this is not the early results of the greenhouse effect..

All this leads me to appeal to all my fellow Steemians, please take care of the environment, and help stopping the pollution!!! Mother nature is beginning to hurt...
