World’s Daily Food Photo Contest - Thursday Seafood - Sardines

Today is Friday but my post is for Thursday seafood. Since it is fasting for Catholics i had some canned sardines for dinner. I had some fried fish for lunch but I do not know the English name.

Sardines can be used with miswa or even in spaghetti sauce. For me I just stir fried it with onions and garlic. Quite tasty.

Since it is fasting, just a simple meal for dinner.
