The First Day Syndrome. : A 5 Minutes Freewrite.

I don't know who makes the most laws between the grown up in the senate and lawyers in the law court. Those guys in the bar enjoy quoting unending the law verses. They never seems to be contended with what they have, always quoting laws upon laws and getting many scared in the law court.

The case of aunty Nouba was the height of it all. It makes everyone hates the law court that day. Nouba has been in custody for some days now for a crime she didn't commit. It was time for the hearing and instead of the lawyer dishing it out as neccesary he pride himself in law verse quoting.

Big grammars and way out of our league lexicon. He didn't stop there desouett how colleagues beckoning to him to be aware of himself and stop all that is happening by tendering the case before the judge. This talkative lawyer didn't in any way stop. He fired on non stop and cane to a halt when the justice told but to. But it was too late then, the opponent has made a great deal of the day. Defended his client and made away with the judgement. It was at the sound of the gavel that our lawyer knew the game is over. Very late.

A deeper investigation into him shows he is just a freshman at the bar and instead of focusing on the game, his ambition was to bamboozle everybody at the expense of his career. He wasn't fired though, we found out that was just the smallest of all stunts created by freshman in the court on there first day.

I believe many of us has been affected in one way or the other by this thing too. Lots of goes into appearing the first time, I heard some gets soo nervous that they throw up, some fidget. The truth is, it's not easy to stand in front of a crowd and defend an unknown on the basis of a case or crime.
