Caramel
Today try to make caramel with ants using teflonut
INGREDIENTS
- 200 gr sugar
- 360 ml hot water
- Egg 4 items
- Wheat flour 100 gr
- tapioca flour 100 gr
- Butter 6 tablespoons (melted)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- SKM 4 tablespoons or according to taste
How to make
Heat sugar in low heat, don't stir it. Let it melt, then add hot water little by little while stirring until the sugar is liquid and mixed well. Turn off the heat and cool it.
Mix flour, tapioca, baking powder, soda, sift to mix well.
Beat the egg, add skm, melted butter stir until mixed well then put flour little by little alternating with caramel / cold sugar water. Stir well
Heat Teflon on low heat, wait until it is hot and then spread with butter, pour the mixture into the baked teflon and wait until the top is just closed.
Roasting time is approximately 30 mins.
Nb. From 200 grams of sugar and 360 ml of water, it can be 400 ml later, if not the rest, don't use it, just use 400 ml.
