On this project we make a Line Follower(without Microcontroller).

This project is also the best project for beginners who want to start making a robot. Line Follower is a robot that follows a black line it must detect detect the particular line and must follow the particular line. So here's how me and my teammate make it.

Making the Design

Schematic Diagram

This is a manually design schematic diagram. you will see all of the components a are in placed.

PCB Layout

This is the actual layout of the Line follower. I manually make the design of the design. The color Blue lines are the copper wire used to connect all the components. The color Red wires are the jumper wires, we used this jumper to connect the copper wire in frontal face of the board. The color Cyan are the components such as Capacitor, Resistor, IC Socket, LDR Sensor, and LED. Lastly the color Pink are the holes of the PCB board wherein we used a small drill to make a hole.

3D Design

This will be the actual design.

Exported Design from .pdsprg to .PDF File.

This the exported file of our design. We used a Laser Ink Jet printer and Photo paper to print the layout design. After the design was printed we used a Iron to transfer the design to the PCB and leave the Iron with the design and PCB under on it wait for 5 to 10mins. After use container with Ferric Chloride on it then put PCB on the container with the Ferric Chloride to remove the unnecessary ink that are not belong to the design it only take a few minutes. PS. (I forgot to a picture of it don't have sample to show)
