This secret is ancient and wise.
One of the most significant factors of aging is the "drying out" of the body.
We become elder, the amount of water in the body decreases and this leads to thickening of the blood and lymph, a decrease in the elasticity of the skin, muscles, headaches, pains in the joint, and as a result - an incorrect metabolism.

Humidify the body, that is, drink water, not cold !!!, but warm, about 40 degrees.
