Onion Omelette

Omelette itself is a special replacement of Chicken.

With the eggs, fry onions and cilantro with pepper and salt. This will be an awesome combination

Other alternatives worth trying are replacing pepper with
Chilli powder
Green chillies
Chilli flakes

Always mix the Egg at the last.
Frying - light fry gives the raw onion flavour. Deep fry would do the best.
