Chicken Pakoda in your kitchen
How to prepare Chicken Pakoda at Home
Clean the chicken and pick the small and medium pieces for best results.
Ingredients required to add to Chicken
Salt
Red chilli
Corn flour
Rice powder
Eggs
Ginger garlic paste
Lemon
Add all the above to chopped Chicken pieces in a bowl.
After marination keep in refrigerator for 3-4 hrs
Reason I use the below are for crispy surface
Rice flour/powder and
Egg white
After 3 hrs, the chicken is ready for fry
Frying deep to get the chicken well cooked to crispy flavour
Now the Chicken Pakoda is ready, you can have it as it is
Or you can decorate it with few flavours of nature

- onions
