What exactly is the provision of eSteem about the reputation of an account that gets your vote???
Does a low-reputation account not be worthy of attention by to the app developer even if posting it still using the eSteem application??

Should be not from the reputation of an account that is noticed so that a high reputation always take precedence, while the account with a low reputation always escape the voice of the developer, this is not that name unfair ??

Well, this should be considered again so that everyone can feel fair treated because of the attention of eSteem Application developers, especially for beginners in Steemit, because accounts that have a low reputation (beginner) will be very difficult to get the appreciation or sound from other users,especially if not paid attention by the application developer itself.
