Photo: Jazz In Bar in Saitocho.
I've captured this scene in the Jazz In Bar, in Kyoto. It's a tiny bar that barely holds 12 persons inside. But the mood and the music are splendid, and artists of all areas pop in. We've met a French musician, in the photo and a Japanese photographer. We can hear some Japanese jazz singers from all eras, the beers are cheap and the decoration is wonderfully decadent. We went there once, just by chance. And then it became our favorite bar in Kyoto.
Taken with my Canon 5D MkIII and Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 IF EX DG HSM Lens. Edited with Lightroom.
Settings: Shutter speed 1/6 at f/4.0, 50mm, ISO 1000.
