This happened with my office all the time.
There's a project that has dragged for almost 8 years now, we scrapped our designs for 4 continuous years until the client decides to take on. and even with the Building plan already approved, I kept seeing the client want changes for certain interiors, unility section, etc.
I can totally feel you on that.
There are times when we are being confronted by bad clients like that. After all the effort that you have done, in the end they rejected it and left. You must be so frustrated don't you @littlenewthings?
Yeah well, we had a few of that and usually... I really don't want to blame it on racism, it comes from one sided kind of people.
And most of them have some titles on it.
But that's life. That's business. Some is free market, some are skewed.
