Tree Tuesday and Wonderful Nature: green trees and a nice day in the countryside, ต้นไม้เขียวๆ ในวันที่อากาศดีที่ต่างจังหวัด

Last weekend, I had a nice break in the countryside with fresh air, sunny blue sky with cool breezes. The surprising surrounding has been very green despite the lack of rain for almost a month.

It was so nice to be greeted with a green surrounding and birds’ songs early in the morning. The season has changed and I could feel the cooler wind from the north. White migratory birds have arrived from Russia. They have started making their nests in the bamboo groves around the area.

The temperature at night has fallen to around 22 degree Celsius making it very comfortable to sleep without any fan. Day time temperature would get heated up to about 32 degree Celsius but the cool brisk wind made it feeling just right. The air has become dry and humidity was no longer a complaint. All in all, the simple and humble scenery has given me a nice healing for the mind and body. I could sleep better and deeper. Nature is a wonderful healer! We don’t need to do anything, just live a bit slower and enjoy life, those trees, sky, earth, air, sunshine would do the rest! This experience of joyful living is amazing and simple; nature is not making any demand rather always giving endlessly.

Several dried bird nests have been blown off the trees! Oh! I forgot to take these photos. Nighttime has become more exciting with baby scorpions walking along the garden path, I had to carry a torch light these days. Winter is the best time to watch those stars at night! The dark sky with thousands of sparking stars! I have never seen so many stars before and those big clusters of galaxies far away. I think I would soon be able to see the Milky Way again this year. I am counting my blessings as life continues to throw problems and challenges to test my stamina. I know I would survive with all the good vibes of this wonderful nature.

สุดสัปดาห์ที่แล้วเราได้ไปพักผ่อนที่ชนบท เราแปลกใจมากที่สภาพแวดล้อมยังเขียวขจี ตื่นเช้าขึ้นมาได้เห็นสีเขียวของต้นไม้ใบหญ้า และได้ฟังเสียงนกร้องกันเซ็งแซ่ กับท้องฟ้าโปร่งใสมีแสงอาทิตย์อ่อนๆ ทำให้เรามีชีวิตชีวา และพลังมากขึ้นทันที สูดอากาศเบาๆ สดชื่นมาก ทำให้จิตใจแจ่มใส เราคิดว่าแค่นี้ก็เป็นบุญและโชคดีของเรามากแล้ว ไม่ต้องไปสรรหาบ้านบนภูเขาหรือใกล้ป่าเขา เหมือนเพื่อนๆของเรา หรือไปหาบ้านริมทะเลให้เป็นภาระ แค่สวนปลูกต้นไม้ และอากาศสะอาดปลอดโปร่งจากการเผาซังข้าวโพด ก็ทำให้จิตใจและสมองได้รับการเยียวยาจากธรรมชาติแล้ว ทำให้เราได้พักผ่อน นอนหลับลึกมากขึ้น ตื่นเข้าได้โดยไม่รู้สึกเพลียเหมือนอยู่ในกรุงเทพฯ

ตอนนี้อากาศเริ่มเย็นลงมาก เวลากลางคืนนอนสบายโดยไม่ต้องเปิดพัดลม บางคืนก็หนาวจนต้องใส่เสื้อกันหนาว ลมที่พัดมาจากทิศเหนือได้พานกกระเรียนสีขาวอพยพมาด้วยมากมาย พวกมันกำลังแย่งที่ทำรังกันในป่าไผ่แถวบ้าน ตอนกลางวันมันก็เที่ยวหากินแมลงตามทุ่งกับวัว และตามริมแม่น้ำ ปีนี้มันมาถึงก่อนกำหนดเกือบหนึ่งเดือน สงสัยที่รัสเซียอากาศคงหนาวแล้ว เราสงสารต้นไม้มากที่ต้องทนกับการขาดน้ำนานมาก ต้นไม้ใหญ่ที่มีรากแก้ว สามารถหานํ้าใต้ดินได้เอง เพราะแถวนี้มีกระแสน้ำใต้ดินเยอะมาก อีกหน่อยเราอาจจะต้องพึ่งนํ้าบาดาลเหมือนเพื่อนบ้านกระมัง ตอนนี้ก็ต้องมีภาระกิจในการรดน้ำต้นไม้เล็กๆใสสวน ทำให้ได้ออกกำลังกายและอยู่กับธรรมชาติ ตอนกลางคืนนี้เป็นอะไรที่น่าตื่นตามาก ท้องฟ้าดำมืดแต่มีดาวเต็มท้องฟ้าระยิบระยับไปทั่ว ดาวเป็นพันๆดวง บางกลุ่มดาวมีขนาดใหญ่มากเหมือนเป็นกาแล็กซีที่ไกลมาก อากาศเย็นสบายท่ามกลางความมืดและแสงดาว เราแค่อยู่นิ่งๆกับธรรมชาติ เราก็ได้รับพลังมาเยียวยาจิตใจที่เหนื่อยล้า และช่วยให้ร่างกายแข็งแรงมากขึ้น ทำให้เรารู้สึกว่าโชคดีกว่าคนหลายคน แม้ว่าชีวิตเราทุกคนก็ย่อมมีปัญหา อันเกิดจากกรรมเก่าที่ได้สั่งสมมาในอดีตชาติ แต่พลังจากธรรมขาติทำให้เรารู้ว่าเราจะต้องผ่านพ้นปัญหาและอุปสรรคต่างๆไปได้ด้วยดี
