Can the ESTM points from the Esteem application be exchanged for boost and promoted articles?

Good night everyone Steemian i am the user of the application Esteem want to ask my friend steemians confused using ESTM reward pointsyesterday I used 191 ESTM and I use it to boost articles that require 150 ESTM but my boost always fails. What is the cause?

For steemian friends who use the Esteem application please help me solve this problem and give an explanation so that I understand all steemian I thank you.

I like to use the Android Esteem application because it's easy to use but still don't understand how to use ESTM point rewards

You go to your Points page and click on 🔽 icon next to your ESTM balance and you will see options. Note: you will have to be logged in with active private key or your master key to be able to use them, because it requires transfer permission. Also in Post field, type in your username and select post from suggested options...

Boost rules:
As part of the qualities we check before boosted posts are approved:

was it posted from eSteem.
not detected by cheetah, mackbot, steemcleaners, etc.
not voted by eSteemapp
user not in eSteem blacklist.

You can only boost your post once in four hours.
If any of the criteria is not met, you will get refund of your eSteem tokens in the next 24hrs of boosting.
