Salmon has always been one of my favorite fish aside from tuna and milk fish or bangus in Filipino.
Salmon is high in protein, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D, and considere a superfood. Did you know that Salmon is also celebrated? October 8 is Salmon Day in the US. Thanks to Chicken of the Sea!
Pea microgreens on the other hand is packed with vitamins and minerals. It is one of the fastest microgreens to grow also.
Anyway, I made this baked salmon fillet recipe last night for our dinner. It only takes 30 minutes, garnish with onion sauce, and freshly harvested microgreens and dinner is serve!

Wow! Salmon is frightfully expensive over here Lady Joy, but every now and then we get hold of a small piece.
