Now that is just a meme of the popular Filipino evening drama tv series Kadenang Ginto.
NOODLES FUN FACTS
- It was believed that noodles were first made from millet, a kind of cereal grain in China, at around 2000 B.C
- Noodle originated from a desert region in Central Asia called “Tarim Basin” in China’s Xinjian province.
- October 6th is National Noodle Day.
- Noodles were once a sold as luxury item.
- Ramen noodles is the first noodles ever consumed in space.

Anyway, this is my submission to @workdsdailyfood fun contest FRIDAY PIZZA and/or PASTA.
In Filipino cuisine, ”pancit” or ”pansit” are noodles. There are also different varieties of noodles that we love such as pancit bihon, palabok, lomi, ramen and pancit canton. It can be home made or store bought ready made. This one is the easiest one and my favorite flavor of Lucky me pancit canton. It’s my favorite go to breakfast or snack when I was still in college. Can be prepare as easy as 1-2-3 steps!
Step 1: Cook noodles in briskly boiling water for 2 minutes.
Step 2: Mix the seasonings of soy sauce and oil on a plate to form a paste.
Step 3: Drain the noodles and place on the plate with the prepared sauce.
Step 4: Add more toppings like scrambled eggs and herbs if desired.
