Celebrating the Father's day alongside my family and two steemians!
I have the bliss to share the experience of being a steemian with my best friends.
Today I went to the outskirts of Caracas with @sthephany, my wife, @chrstnv and his parents.
@chrstnv's picked us up in a Land Cruiser
After they picked us we were on the high road for one and a half hour. My son was getting along with @sthephany and enjoying the trip.
When we arrived at our destination, my son spotted an indoor football yard and immediately wanted to go there to play with a ball he has.
I really enjoy playing around with him, the time I get to be with him fills my heart with lots of joy and happiness 😁😄
We were hosted by @chrstnv's mother's relatives. They kindly shared with us a barbecue (it has been ages since the last time I had one).
I enjoyed a wonderful day with the people I love the most.
I feel blessed for enjoying some time alongside my beloved family.

Yep, all my family is on Steem! And my friends are here as well. But they don't post that much, most of the time we are super busy trying to get enough resources for paying our bills. They user names are @mirzantorres (mi wife, the one with curly hair), @sthephany(the other girl) and @chrstnv (the other boy). We all study in the same college and we all support each other with the expenses.
Oh, very good sir joelsegovia, I'll start supporting your wife as well, I'm stretched to the max as far as voting power at the moment so my votes will be small for now but at least it will be something and then in the future hopefully I can increase them. Then later as I grow I'll support your friends as well. You are still bullish on Steem?

As for your last question, every crypto is in bullish mode since Facebook is stepping in, this new has spread like wildfire FOMOing a lot of investors... Steem is in my opinion the only crypto that has proven 100% effective to comply with its intended use case. Which is create a sharing economy between content creation, engagement, and dapp specific interactions such as actifit, steemmosters, partiko, etc. Imo steem should be at least at the same level that EOS is, the problem is the bad management Steem Inc has made the last couple of years.
Also, Steem's fate is in the hands of Facebook staff imo, if they continue to screw things with their crypto the way they usually do on their website, steem could benefit from the massive advertisement that Facebook could indirectly drive to the platform due to the attention their social media token will have. Steem will recover if the community organize well and, as soon as Facebook's coin is released, we organize a massive advertisement campaign to promote Steem and stress the differences between centralized censorship prone platforms such as the one Facebook is launching vs. the decentralized censorship-resistant platform we have.
Then, the final factor will be the wisdom (or lack of it) of Steemit Inc, if they realize that they have to support such a campaign by paying advertisements everywhere they can (Facebook is ubiquitous, the same applies for the potential use cases of Steem, thus each Facebook user is a potential Steem user) and pay developers to simplify the way users have to handle their keys ASAP (the current system is not made for the masses), then Steem might be 10$ each.
But, if Facebook staff learned something and treat their customers with decency (that's unlikely) then Steem will face a competitor that will wipe the floor with us...

Yes, I think it is highly unlikely that facebook with treat people differently so then it is up to steemitinc. to use smart business savvy...which is also a big question mark. We're back to the waiting game to see how it all plays out.
This time I'm more bullish since other community leaders (steem-engine) have proved they could replace Steemit inc's role as developers of the Steem blockchain... The other thing we need to be certain this project will succeed no matter what is to find some cool marketing staff and people with good relations with the exchanges' leader boards. Once we have this trilogy (marketing, exchange borads-connected people, and developers) Steem will thrive even if Steemit Inc just cash out and leaves.
Howdy again sir joelsegovia! I was wondering if it could work like that, I mean even if steemit inc. gave up. Well that's wonderful to know that it could keep going. As long as the blockchain kept running, the witnesses would have to stay and keep doing their thing.
I hadn't thought of the connections between the exchange leader boards, I didn't know they HAD leader boards. But that makes perfect sense if they do, it's the personal connections that drive business and if those can be established then the big exchanges will give good exposure to investors. You're pretty dang smart sir joelsegovia! lol.
I'm just a regular Joe, thank you for your kind words... the people running steem (despite it being called decentralized) actually somehow seeks to reach agreement through online meetings or something. They need to decide whether or not they want to make this platform a billionaire business as Facebook is or just to keep it as an experimental playground for coding experts to test out their creations...
