Instead of providing you with an unrealistic set workout, I’ve decided to give you all the information and muscle building tips you need to personalise your workout so you can fit it around YOUR schedule – not someone else’s.

This is a fundamental aspect of keeping yourself motivated to train and diet.

Everybody’s lifestyle is different. Trying to keep to someone else’s plan will not work for you...again.

Give yourself a bit of responsibility and make yourself accountable for the problems you might face along the road to your dream body.

Many free workout routines are the ‘norm’. You’re looking for a body outside of the ‘norm’. To achieve this you have to give yourself the best chance of sticking to weightlifting routines for a decent length of time, a bit of longevity. I’d say 6-12 weeks solid to see any results.

With that in mind, the key to sticking it out is the right motivation! And there are plenty of ideas to keep you motivated.

Take all your preconceptions of free weight lifting programs and throw them out of the window. They’re probably doing you more harm than good anyway.

Bodybuilding doesn’t mean you have to become jay cutler. It’s a hobby that focuses on feeling healthy, confident, and looking great and looking happier. Why would you not want those qualities??

Starting to resistance train is a delicate area, because if you go in blindly you can do yourself more harm than good. I give you all the information you need to start making progress efficiently.

It’s important you read these if you’re serious about transforming your body. I know so many people who start the gym and quit in three weeks!

Don’t be that guy. You’ve got a chance to get your mindset and motivation right, straight from the off!
