As a follow-up to the Letter of Order of March 11, 1966, Lieutenant
General Soeharto as Supersemar bearer immediately took action
to reorganize the life of society, nation, and state
in accordance with Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, as follows.
a. On March 12, 1966, a decree was issued
dissolution and prohibition of PKI and its mass organizations

c. March 27, Supersemar's carrier formed the Dwikora Cabinet
which is refined to run the government. The characters who

30 S / PKI.
d. Clean up the legislative body starting from the leaders of the MPRS
and DPRGR allegedly involved in G 30 S / PKI. As a follow-up
then formed a new leadership of the DPRGR
The new DPRGR dismissed 62 representatives of DPRGR members
PKI and its mass organizations.
e. Separating the leadership of the DPRGR with executive positions so that
the leadership of DPRGR is no longer given the position of minister. MPRS
cleaned from elements of G 30 S / PKI. As with the DPRGR,
the membership of the PKI in the MPRS was declared dead. In accordance with the Constitution
1945, MPRS has a higher position than the institution
presidency.
