My Love
Could it be,
that I call what I see,
the reason that most,
end up abandoning me?
Walk within this line,
walk within that line,
Living my life,
like a dead hearted flatline.
It's not very hard,
we could have it all,
but the powers that be,
take away the human in me.
I just want love,
I just want to be free.
When will the veil,
be lifted from thee?
Should we start again,
or is it all pretend?
Like a sick joke,
that never has an end.
All alone I may be,
I have a fire in me.
I'll not give up on things,
that are destined to be.
With or without me my love will ring true,
for fate is upon us,
and my love is with you.
