WSJ — State of Ohio and Florida County “accept Bitcoin for payment of taxes” — seen as currency

The State of Ohio is making a bold statement by declaring Bitcoin is acceptable for tax payments. They go on to say that they view Bitcoin as a legitimate form of currency.
Ohio joins the states of Georgia, Arizona and Illinois which all have similar bills in accepting Bitcoin for tax payments.
Florida Seminole County as you may recall became the firs to declare that bitcoin is not only acceptable for taxes but other various county bills as well.
These payments are expected to be processed in BitPay so there is no currency risk.

Wow, it's in your state Florida, great news, the low price is suspicious , because the fundamentals keep improving. Or maybe too much optimism end of last year.
It is very much believed that the same group and methods used to rig the precious metals markets was used against the crypto market. This is the issue. They have company names and names.
