This is absolutely delightful! I am actually so glad to see that market again. I was intrigued how well they disguised it on the street level. How very cool and it does keep it so nice and clean that way!
I was looking at the recipe and was wondering if that was pork that you were using? It looks like pork, but, I don't want to try it using the wrong meat. (Or can you use a variety of meats?)
