Sate Matang Festival 2019.
Pemerintah kabupaten Bireuen bersama Dinas Kebudayaan dan Parawisata (Disbudpar) Aceh menyelenggarakan Festival Sate Matang di lapangan Galaticos, Cot Gapu Bireuen, Provinsi Aceh. Acara ini di gelar mulai hari Sabtu dan Minggu besok (30-31/03/2019). Pembukaan dimulai dengan acara kenduri sate matang 1000 porsi yang akan dibagikan kepada pengunjung secara gratis.
Sate matang merupakan salah satu kuliner khas yang sudah dikenal masyarakat Aceh maupun di luar Aceh. Oleh karena itu Dishudpar berkeinginan mengangkat objek destinasi wisata kuliner daerah Bireuen ini agar menjadi salah satu kuliner unggulan di wilayah Aceh.
Kegiatan ini diadakan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat dari segala sektor potensial, yang meliputi pengembangan program wisata untuk menarik minat wisatawan lokal maupun wisatawan mancanegara untuk mwngunjungi Provinsi Aceh.
Dengan adanya acara festival ini juga diharapkan dapat mempromosikan kuliner sate matang sebagai pelestarian kebudayaan dan adat istiadat yang kemudian mendapat dikembangkan menjadi potensi ekonomi.
Adapun bentuk kegiatan festival ini yaitu adanya pameran yang dilakukan puluhan pedagang sate matang dan kuliner khas Bireuen lainnya seperti nagasari dan kopi. Selain itu juga dalam festival tersebut juga berlangsungnya lomba memasak sate matang yang diikuti oleh 17 Kecamatan yang nantinya akan menempati setiap gerai yang sudah dipersiapkan oleh panitia. Selain lomba memasak juga ada hiburan lainnya seperti lomba menusuk sate tercepat.
Bagi anda yang berdomisili di sekitar Kabupaten Bireuen bisa mengunjungi acara festival ini dengan mengajak serta keluarga untuj menikmati kuliner khas daerah Bireuen. Festival mulai di buka jam 10.00 WIB sampai jam 22.00 WIB.

As for the form of the festival's activities, there were exhibitions by dozens of Sate Matang traders and other Bireuen specialties such as nagasari and coffee. In addition, at the festival there was also a cooking contest Sate Matang which was followed by 17 Subdistricts which would later occupy each outlet that had been prepared by the committee. In addition to cooking competitions there are also other entertainment such as the fastest skewer contest.
For those of you who live in the vicinity of Bireuen Regency, you can visit this festival by inviting your family to enjoy the typical cuisine of the Bireuen region. The festival starts at 10:00 WIB until 22:00 WIB.
