This is newly added requirement. Earlier, it was 5s. Considering the current situation and human rights, safety part has been added to the process.

If the environment is not suitable for work, stop work authority have been given to the employees in any situation of work. It is not allowed to work under any kind of unsafe situation.

To implement safety in workplace below are the mandatory criteria to be followed.

— Wearing appropriate PPE(personal protective equipment) in workplace.

— Regular unsafe condition reporting to the authorities.

— Regular near hit reporting to the authorities.

— Be vigilant in workplace.

— Think two minutes about safety before starting the work.

— Assign first aid leader for specific group of people.

By implementing safety in workplace a person individually or an organization both can be benefited. Below are the befits of maintaining safety in workplace-
