Exercise ln The Morning
In the morning, it's good to exercise first. A leisurely walk is one of them suitable for those of us who don't want strenuous exercise. I usually exercise in the middle of the city because there are lots of trees so the air is fresh. In addition there is also a jogging track. Let's take care of your health with morning exercise.
Have you considered joining Actifit here on the forum? Theirs a great group of posters using the app. You don't have to be a jock to join.
How to join in?

Than go to either the Apple Store or Google play and download the app. If you have more questions or problem the website should help and their is a Discord group also
