Benefits of Aloe vera
Good morning everyone, I want to review one of the plants that has a lot of benefits, its name is aloe vera. Aloe vera plant is known as an herbal plant that is widely used to treat various complaints on hair and skin.

Aloe vera is known to have many benefits for the skin and hair. That is why, aloe vera is commonly used as an ingredient in various beauty and health products.

Aloe vera in the form of gel or extract is often added to soap, shampoo, lotion or face cream.

In addition, aloe vera can also be consumed in the form of food or drinks. Besides the benefits of aloe vera there are many more including: to accelerate the healing of external wounds, to overcome irritation, to increase immunity, to eradicate dental plaque, to help the detoxification process, as a source of vitamins and minerals. 
But keep in mind, not everyone is compatible with aloe vera. If a red, itchy, or painful rash appears on your skin after you have applied it on your aloe, you may experience irritation or allergies. Rinse immediately and stop using the product.
