November mood 2
Yesterday I felt like going out on a long walk and taking some photos. But because there was nothing new or interesting to take photos of, I decided to take photos of myself.
I've been neglecting stretching for months and yesterday I got back to work and checked what part of my flexibility I was left with after my long rest from yoga and exercising.
Although I like how some of the photos turned out, I also gathered more motivation to stretch more often as I saw that I was unable to do some of the things I used to able to do effortlessly. As it comes to exercising and mobility it is really mainly a matter of consistency.

It is certainly great to have a lithe body! Last time I really stretched was about 100 years ago Lol.
