Its the Jawbreaking burger worth 5 USD with 5 burger patties, fries and an iced tea. No soda was available because they prefer to sell iced tea rather than a soda. Too much sweets can kill you they say. Zarks burger is only available here in the Philippines I think, I never googled it. If you compare this burger from Burger King. This thing always wins.
