Poetry: Rutless Reality

The universe is collapsing,
the stars are colliding.
Is dreaming a fatality?
Such ruthless reality...

Darkness beckons the soul
as destiny gone afoul,
wishing this is a fantasy
and not some ruthless reality.

The stars guides no more,
the visibility is cruely poor.
What will happen to humanity
in this ruthless reality?

The world is embracing chaos,
and we cannot escape its claws;
the last of our civility,
gone in this ruthless reality.

In our shadowy despair,
only hope's light can repair.
Erasing all of this cruelty
is the only way out of this reality!
