Kami menyebutnya boh keumudee. Buah ini memiliki banyak khasiat untuk obat-obatan, begitulah kata nenekku dulu. Semasa aku kecil, nenekku sering menyuruhku mengonsumsi buah ini. Bahkan nenek memasaknya menjadi lauk untuk dimakan dengan nasi. Habis makan buah ini, saya banyak buang angin, begitulah kejadiannya dulu.
Along with the development of the era, knowledge and technology, it turns keumudee boh (noni) meliki many useful content for health. This fruit can be for cholesterol drugs, high blood and good for the elderly to treat spinal damage. Perhaps other properties are still many, it's just a few that I can mention limited to my knowledge. During this time I often consume this fruit to lower cholesterol.
Seiring perkembangan zaman, pengetahuan dan teknologi, ternyata boh keumudee (noni) meliki banyak kandungan yang bermanfaat bagi kesehatan. Buah ini bisa untuk obat kolesterol, darah tinggi dan bagus bagi orang tua untuk mengobati kerusakan tulang belakang. Mungkin khasiat lainnya masih banyak, itu hanya beberapa yang bisa saya sebutkan sebatas pengetahuan saya. Selama ini saya sering mengkonsumsi buah ini untuk menurunkan kolesterol.

Nama buah ini dalam bahasa Aceh adalah boh limeng bantee, bahasa indonesianya ceremai. Buah ini sering dibuat manisan pada zaman dulu, namun sekarang sudah jarang ditemui. Saya sering memakannya di waktu kecil. Menurut orang tua dulu buah ini bagus untuk menurunkan berat badan.
The name of this fruit in the Acehnese language is the bantee limo bone, the Indonesian language ceremai. This fruit is often made sweets in ancient times, but now rarely found. I often eat it in my childhood. According to parents, this fruit is good for losing weight.
Boh limeng Bantee-ceremai mengandung vitamin C yang tinggi, vitamin C yang tinggi akan membantu tubuh untuk menyerap kalsium. Selain itu ada juga vitamin A, B6, dan B9. Buah ini juga mengandung banyak serat, sehingga bagus di konsumsi oleh orang yang sembelit. Saya sering konsumsi untuk menurunkan berat badan dan kolesterol.

Boh limeng - belimbing wuluh digunakan orang Aceh untuk membuat asam sunti. Asam sunti ini merupakan bumbu utama dalam setiap masakan. Boh limeng juga sering digunakan untuk ditaruh dalam masakan, misal kuah boh limeng, sayur asam, asam keu eng dan lain-lain.

Bebetapa diantaranya adalah vitamin C, dan vitamin B, zat besi, fosfor, serat, dan anti oksidan. Buah ini bagus untuk mengobati batuk. Bagi penggemar ayam aduan, buah ini sering digunakan untuk mengobati mata ayam yang sakit.
Conclusion.
Many of the fruit around us that provide many benefits for health. If you have a little empty land, we can membudiyakan these fruits as a living pharmacy around the house. Prevention is better than cure, why do not we try.

Banyak buah di sekitar kita yang memberikan banyak manfaat untuk kesehatan. Bila punya sedikit lahan kosong, kita bisa membudiyakan buah-buahan ini sebagai apotik hidup di sekitar rumah. Mencegah lebih baik daripada mengobati, kenapa kita tidak mencoba.
