Got to know late, life's wasn't a pizza
Mama made me obsolete, as things go stronger
Day in day out, I think fun
Head receding, hair going bald
As I wait for my turn of death.

They look pretty, the early knowers
Education taken seriously, unlike me, a hippie
Gangster paradise what the motto I live with
Smuggling, thievery, all I called hustling
Harvest all I've sown, now in prison
Waiting patiently for my time of death.

...
If I had known, I would have taken it serious
Books, lectures, morals, all sort
Greatness would be mine now
Redemption I pray for each day as I made a bow
Passing over time again, anew, afresh
Been given a chance to start from the beginning.

A new time I pray, Lord please restore
Man was convicted for a sin he didn't
Let the new time pass over me like a baby
I'll rightly pick my choice, make a good living
O redeemer of time, where hideth thou
Help, stop this wasting life.

They pass by, bearing the gospel
Evangelism they calls there house to house checking
If anyone is interested in there hearing
Talking of Jesus, Son Of God, I listened
An answer to them, all my heart yearning

Not long, I saw myself kneeling, crying
Thou son of David, help! life is wasting
He came, touched me gave me a new living
Happy as angels, life's on everyday new refreshing.
