Defeats Are Hard To Swallow
Defeat has a bitter taste, but sometimes a setback can lead you to a greater height. That is what I wanted to believe as a fan of my beloved football club, Liverpool FC.
Last Thursday EPL match between the reigning champion Manchester City and Liverpool ended 2 - 1 in the favor of Man City. Liverpool failed in their attempt to go undefeated this season when they lost.
It is quite a heartbreak especially when I have to wake up at 4.00am to catch the game, only for it to end with a defeat. Imagine going to work at 7.30am. I was moody the whole day long, and got irritated even with the simplest of things.
I know I was being a bit childish with my behavior, and it took me at least 2 days to feel like my normal self again. Does it means that there is something mentally wrong with me? Or is it normal just like anyone else?
Anyway, I am trying to be positive in all of this. Winning and losing is normal in any type of sports. I just hope that Liverpool with take this loss with a pinch of salt and gets back stronger. Coming back from a defeat is a sign of a champion, and it starts with the next match in the FA Cup against Wolverhampton. YNWA.

Ooopss I know that feeling like wake up for your favourite team as a fan to support by hoping is a win in our heart but end up a disappointment that too have to go to work imagine by not enough sleep and the stress somemore at work😬😊.
