150gram sagu tani
100gram tpng beras
200ml santan kental+ 250ml air seduhan bunga telang
150gram gula pasir
1 sndk teh garam
1sndk mkn air kapur sirih
Bahan b:
1/4bh kelapa parut(setengah tua)
2lmbr daun pandan sobek"
Sdikit garam
Cara membuat:
Bahan a:
Aduk rata duo tepung,gula dan garam lalu tambahkan santan+air +air kpur sirih secara perlahan" smp habis dan adonan trcampur rata.saring..panaskan kukusan(tutupnya lapis dngn serbet)oles cetakan dngn sdikit mnyak lalu panaskn cetakan bru masukan adonan lalu kukus dngn api besar -+ 15 mnt.pas 1/2 wkt ngukus tutupnya buka sbntr ya moms biar lekukan lesung kue nya bgus.baru tutup lagi kukus smp matang..angkat,dingin baru dilepas dr cetakan
Bahan b: dlm wadah susun daun pandan lalu msukan kelapa parut yg sdh diksh sdikit garam. kukus matang.
Setelah kelapa dingin taburi kue dengan kelapa.
