Melalui Program Padat Karya Tunai tahun 2018 semoga dapat memberantas kemiskinan masyarakat.
Keterlibatan kaum perempuan juga merupakan salah satu indikator dalam pembangunan desa.
Kegiatan Padat Karya Tunai ini dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintah Gampong Simpang Lhee Kec. julok Kab. Aceh Timur dalam pembangunan jalan yang bersumber dari dana desa tahun 2018.
