Tuna rolls

In the menu of sushi bars such rolls are called "Teka-Maki". Snack is prepared no more difficult than any other home rolls. The principle is the same, only the filling is different.

Required ingredients:
55 g tuna;
nori Sheets;
Rice 150 g;
rice Vinegar;
Soy sauce;
Pickled ginger;
Wasabi;
1.5 tablespoons sugar;
Lemon.

Method of preparation: Rice washed several times, put to boil. In rice vinegar, dilute a little sugar, add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, mix thoroughly. The cooked rice is mixed with rice vinegar, give a little cool. Cut tuna into strips. Put on the Mat nori, spread a smooth layer of rice, leave on top of 1.5 cm of free edge. The edge is rinsed with water or rice vinegar. In the middle of the sheet, apply a bit of the wasabi, lay strips of tuna. Wrap tight roll, cut into several parts. The same is done with the rest of the sheets. Homemade tuna rolls are served with pickled ginger, wasabi and soy sauce.
