You have to register your EOS keys for your second address as well.

  1. Check if Metamask is pointing on your second address

  2. go to eos.io website, then, in the "EOS Token Distribution" section, register your keys and write them down in a secure place.

  3. check your ETH wallet in which you are holding your EOS tokens here :
    https://www.eosauthority.com/

That means you will have 2 different wallets once the EOS Mainet will launch in June. To avoid that situation, you can simply send your EOS tokens on your first ETH address, the one already registered with the EOS keys.
