EOS Market: EOS trading at a Discount.
Hi traders, let's look at EOS.
EOS.
- The crypto asset is trading strong today with over 1.5 billion in volume:
- Most of which coming from Asian markets. Fiat/EOS pairs are leading the charge:
- And we're now about 18 days away from launch:
- On that note remember to register your tokens and to make sure you've transfered them to a hardware wallet so to get the full benefit of the launch in case we see multiple chains popping into existence.
- On the technical side, EOS has had a serious pull back from its $22 USD all-time high, support broke on the news that Upbit was being raided by Korean authorities, which really doesn't mean much and could just have been some unscheduled inspection that was overblown by the press.
- We're currently exercising a decent price balance between $14.5 and $13.5 USD although most of the auction resides around the $9 USD mark. All things considered, now is not a bad time to scoop up some EOS if you plan on having some skin in the game at launch. If you do decide to buy in now, I would still keep some cash on the table to catch a possible drop down to $9 USD and lower your cost average.
Strategy.
My first entry was around $5.5 USD. My EOS holdings are divided into two groups:
- My long term bag which I plan on keeping through launch and beyond;
- My trading stash which I plan on unloading about a week before launch if, like I expect, the price starts ramping up and produces a large, vertical green candle, possibly to $34 USD:
If however we start breaking below $13 USD on high volume, then I will dump my trading stash with the intention of re-entering lower around the $8-9 USD mark. This EOS will then be added to my long term position and traded once the "real" EOS tokens are listed on exchanges. When this happen I expect EOS to pump on price discovery the same way it did when first listed on Bitfinex about a year ago:
