Hangout Format:
This will go up at least 4 days before the BitShares Hangout. BitShares community members who post subjects to cover and bring topics of discussion are asked to do so in response to this post first. Worker Proposals are a Chief Focus in these hangouts, but other topics and projects are welcome to join. @officialfuzzy can finally pay people who have supported this powerful cryptocurrency for the past 4 years since its birth and evolution. So reply below with valuable topics, updates, info we should cover and earn upvotes from in this thread and earn a special bonus if yours are chosen!
How Much Time Per Topic?
Hangouts will be at least 45 minutes long, but depending on attendance and projects/topics to be covered may last up to 60 minutes. Given this, we will try to stay with 5-6 core topics and will fit in others where possible.
What do we Earn for Actively Participating?
Those who attend will each earn from a pool of bitshares that will be purchased with earnings from this post. They will then be given directly to you via our new guestbook that we are testing.
Fuzzy will be giving Beyondbits to community founders who attend this weekly hangout to give their own unique perspectives and expert commentary. He will also be giving them to people who give topics and information we choose to use in our hangout!

Is any topic off Limits?
Yes. We reserve the right to learn from the newest trickster trolling steemit consistently searching for way to insert chaos into the equation and devise future strategies for negating these. Naturally if these efforts become ham-fisted attempts at shutting down free speech in honest conversations, the audience will hold us accountable.
But with that said....pretty much anything can be covered--even up to and including current events. However, I personally will only be voting up stories that touch the blockchain in some way shape or form and will be asking the community to downvote absolute Rubbish! ;)

@billbutler has announced a new release of the Bitshares reference wallet (v2.0.171009). This release focuses on the commonly known 'account model', presenting it as a cloud wallet with a simple signup/login page
40 Million BTS has moved from top 100 to accounts outside the top 100. Top 100 personal holders (not exchanges) have also increased by 6.4 Million and Balances held on exchanges are down ~47 Million BTS.

@ingemkts is soliciting feedback for an upcoming advertising working proposal that she is preparing. This advertising campaign is geared towards traders, investors and potential customers.
Motivation
"[N]eed to focus where traders, investors and potential customers are, we need to motivate those guys in the cryptoworld that haven’t even heard about BTS or don’t want to buy because distrust or because they think it is a scam, whatever are the reason we need to delete that wrong positioning or disrepute fed by the lack of proper and accurate information in the media."
How to fund this plan
By voting a worker proposal in the DEX with the budget to pay for the design of the advertisement (mostly banners or short animated video, etc) and to pay for publishing them.

This website became the principal tool for charting into the crypto-community and even for other markets like forex, commodities, stocks and indexes. It is highly positioned, covering a large part of niches.
Twitter by advertising here too by the @Bitshares account, first we select the target/niche which would be delimited to only the people that have traded cryptos yet, by using keywords, etc, when selected we have to be very specific and careful here because we don’t need to spend a fortune and we don’t want to call haters if we make a mistake when selecting the niche before publishing.

I attended beyondbit hangout last saturday for the first time and the experience was awesome, though i struggle with setting up the server for mumble, but with the help of friendly and helpful community members of Whaleshares, i got it up and running at the end.
