EOS ICO - Registering my public key

Some ELI5 for EOS ICO please using myetherwallet. Please correct me if i am wrong so i will edit my post thereafter:

What I did so far:

1. Unlock myetherwallet

2. Add token and out the following:

Token Address: 0x86fa049857e0209aa7d9e616f7eb3b3b78ecfdb0
Decimals: 18
Symbol: EOS
Name: EOS

1. Send ETH to the EOS ICO address 0xd0a6e6c54dbc68db5db3a091b171a77407ff7ccf

Have I done something wrong so far? Please advise and confirm that I have not lost the funds that I have sent already. I can leave without them but still it will be a bitter feeling..

I am getting confused with registering my public key. What I understand:

1. click on "contracts"
2. Select EOS Contribution contract
3. Access the ABI/JSON interface
4. Select "register"

Now as far as I understand under the key string I have to put my EOS public key? Where do I find my EOS public key?
