It’s on ledger live app, or just the manager part where you can use the device for eos app access elsewhere? If the latter you should get airdrops just fine, since ledger is just doing password mgmt. if the former, I highly doubt it given their pace of adding coins to their app they already have in their manager.

I'm running version 1.1.6 and I can't add an EOS account. Assuming this is most up to date, you can only add the password protection to your ledger under Manager. So you'd still be using a normal EOS app with a wallet address provided by that. I'm guessing most of the EOS wallets out there are set up to receive the airdrops.
