91EOS block producer report

We are 91EOS community. We gathered the best developers of 91 pool and senior leaders of the community. We founded and manages several social media, such as 91P00L Community(7 QQ chat groups and 6 WeChat groups, more than 10 thousand members altogether). 91EOS have been running since March 7, 2018, when the first project of Block Producer Candidate was still in testnet. Our main goal is to disseminate the societal benefits EOS brings through on-going education, the sharing of knowledge and resources, community engagement, and the creation of projects. This report is trying to answer the questions outlined by @eosgo in their BP candidates criteria post.

Fred
Fred is the co-founder of the 91pool mine pool and also a proponent of Graphene. At the same time，he was responsible for the operation and construction of nodes of multiple DPOS consensus mechanisms.

Zachary Wang
With more than 10 years' experience in software and management, Mr.Wang has a deep understanding of ether square and bitcoin.
He has his own keen insight into graphene technology and DPOS mechanism,and oversaw the technology architecture of the world's first digital currency exchange that was based on the original chain ETC.

Huo Wutao
The open source and decentralized advocates, block chain enthusiasts and the Full Stack Developer.
He is good at the field ITTech, GIS big data analysis, cryptocurrency pool and so on,and independently developed the earliest open source GIS system in China.

Fu Long
Brand and community operation.
He is the user and digital asset trading operation expert, and has worked in many famous Internet finance companies for product quality and data management.

Brad Lee
Brad Lee is a developer with much experience in software engineering and he was involved in the hcashd code test In the early. Brad Lee is familiar with pos+pow and dpos mechanism, and has experience in mine pool development and maintenance,such as etheric series , bit series and so on.

Wayne Wong
Wayne Wong is proficient in big data and system architecture design and a JAVA developer with three years of back-end development experience. He has participated in the system design 、development and maintenance.

   We prepared solutions to different cases regarding the stages and ever-changing demands. In testnet and early stages when block is small and load pressure is still low, we adopt the cloud based server approach:
