Hello Steemians!

Today’s article is inspired by all of you – yes, our community Steemians! Many of you have been sharing with me on my previous content that you want to learn more about entrepreneurship. Some wants to learn how to start a business, and some wants to simply find out more about business itself. That got me started on today’s article because I noticed a similarity as to why most of you have not started your own business (based on your comments). If you are one of those who commented, then you need to read this.

I believe there are 3 kinds of people in this world (including us Steemians too):

• People who are successful
• People who are trying to be successful
• People who are not successful

I realized that there is 1 thing in common that all of them share, do you know what it is?

It's FEAR

Surprised eh? If you are surprised, then this is the right article for you.

You are surprised because you have never imagined that people who are successful, who have accomplished so much in life, who seemed to have life all figured out, like Richard Branson, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg have fears in life!

My friends, they are human beings too just like the rest of us. They’re not much different from us. They too have their own fears like us.What separates them, what elevates them in life is that they are ALWAYS WILLING TO OVERCOME THEIR FEARS.

That is the difference. Think about it.

Think About It

What you can do today, were you able to do it? What is it that you can do today, but you couldn’t have done it 5 years ago? 10 years ago? 20 years ago? Maybe even when you were born?

To make this easy for you, imagine this in your head as you continue to read. Imagine a toddler learning to walk in front of you.

Have you seen any toddler whom is able to learn to walk without falling even once???

I have not met such a toddler before, neither have I heard of one! And I am convinced that it is true, that there is no such toddler in this world. That every toddler (no matter the age, ethnicity, religion, nationality etc.) must fall while learning to walk, because the toddler must learn from his/her own mistakes to figure out what is the right way to walk!

Yes, falling sucks. Falling hurts. Falling in painful. It’s likely for toddlers to cry in pain when they fall as they try to walk, but never has there been a toddler who gave up in walking just because he/she fell a couple of times in the beginning.

Noooooo, our parents forced the shit out of us to continue walking and walking and walking and walking and walking until we get it right. Yes, again and again and again. I REPEAT, AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN UNTIL WE GET IT RIGHT. Why? Because we know it’s possible. Our parents know it’s possible. That everyone can and should walk (excluding those with limiting disabilities).

Are You a Believer?

It is the belief that it is possible that allowed toddlers to overcome their fear of falling while walking. As they grow up, not only do they walk, they run and jump – and do even amazing things that change the world! This is the world that we’re living in right now. People changing the world every day, and it all started from overcoming the fear of falling while walking.

Ask yourself: Are you satisfied with where you are today?

If you are not satisfied with where you are today, it’s because you’re living in fear. You have fears within yourself that you have not overcome, and the very same fears are holding you back in life. These fears have led you to not live the life you were meant to live, to not achieve the level of greatness you’ve always wanted to.

FEAR IS THE REASON WHY. FEAR HAS SHAPED YOUR ENTIRE LIFE.

What Can I Do?

Plenty. There is so much hard work for you to put in, that it calls for a new article. I am not going to sugar-coat this for you: to overcome your fears, you are going to have to go through shitloads of ‘uneasiness’.It is going to be incredibly uncomfortable, and even difficult for you. (EXACTLY WHY YOU HAVE NOT OVERCOME IT YET).

I enjoy producing content about fear, because it excites me whenever I overcome mine. The ability to overcome my fears repeatedly empowers me to do greater things in life, and it keeps me happy. Now, I want to do the same for you – I want to empower you with the right mindset and skill set to overcome your personal fears.
