sadly some people dont see further than the sex, and not getting the most out of a relationship.
there is a perversion in this world that is just uncontrollable, the ladies want the money, the guys want the sex. it wont be spelled out like that, but both parties have their intentions.
now majority of guys would say all ladies are the same and they can get sex cheaply, now this makes things more difficult for the ladies who actually want more out of a relationship. and because they would not like to loose a guy, they satisfy him with the sex, not knowing that it was deceit all along.

human beings are just insatiable. so if a guy wants sex you will know. it is up to you to help his ministry or not. lol.

There is a truth in that saying. What do you think will happen if people are truthful enough about their intentions before a relationship begins @shollstun?
Then I believe there won't be complications, it's like signing an agreement, already at the beginning you know what is obtainable from it and won't expect too much, it just reduces disappointment, because you don't Sign an agreement hoping that the terms and conditions will change somehow, it's only when the parties involved decide to update the terms.
So at every point in time they always need to have a common ground and agree on things that come up because life is unpredictable, we only have to continue adapting.
Also when the change in agreement does not suit any of the individual involved, you may choose to fight for it(reasonably) or cancel the contract. it's not a do or die, but maybe in some cases tho which I may not be aware of.
