Zhang Muyi Never Belonged In The Pedophile Closet [Part 1]

Any of you who are reading my article may be wondering what exactly is the pedophile closet. There is an accurate answer to that question, and there is a misleading answer to that question. Back in 2003, Bill Maher discussed the subject of “the pedophile closet” with his guests on his HBO show called Real Time with Bill Maher as they spoke about celebrities. The problem that I had with that discussion was that none of them made any mention of any celebrities being sexually attracted to prepubescent children or preying on prepubescent children. Instead, the entire conversation focused on forbidden relationships between adult male celebrities and teenage girls. Therefore, none of these celebrities ever really belonged in the pedophile closet in the first place.

The pedophile closet is basically a figure of speech to describe a situation in which an adult hides the fact from the world that he or she is sexually attracted to children. His or her reason for doing so is for his or her personal safety. Todd Nickerson is a good example of someone who came out of the pedophile closet after he agreed to an interview with Salon.com, and he suffered very grave consequences for his decision to do so.  His decision to do so also had consequences for his immediate family.

In 2012, controversy sparked when the public got wind that a 24-year-old Chinese pop star named Zhang Muyi had professed his love to a 12-year-old Chinese-Japanese-German model and Canadian citizen named Akama Miki.  The Internet and particularly YouTube were inundated with hateful and derisive comments about this couple, particularly about Zhang Muyi. Self-proclaimed child advocates and self-appointed pedo-experts feasted upon them in view of the fact that they were an adult/adolescent couple whose age difference caused people to question whether any confrontation with statutory-rape laws had occurred. Anyhow, many of you may be asking the million-dollar question. Did Zhang Muyi ever belong in the pedophile closet? Well, continue reading my article, and you will find out.

A.  A World Exists Beyond Self-Proclaimed Child Advocates’ And Self-Appointed Pedo-Experts’ Make-Believe World Of Age-Appropriate Perfection

When I was in the early part of my teenage years, I liked to stay up late on Saturday nights to watch Saturday Night Live. Sometimes I had to talk my father into letting me do so, and periodically he could be very stubborn about letting me stay up that late. However, more often than not I was able to stay up that late to watch my favorite comedy show at the time. Yes, as hard as you may find to believe so nowadays if you didn’t watch Saturday Night Live in its earlier years, Saturday Night Live actually had a cast of talented comedians on it at one time. There were the occasional political skits, but they were not offensive as they are now. I would talk with my classmates about that television show every Monday at school, and we’d all have a good laugh over the skits on that show. I think what really made that television show a success was because it poked fun at television commercials, and most everyone I knew hated television commercials and enjoyed seeing them get made fun of on that television show.

My parents usually expected me to go straight to bed after watching Saturday Night Live. Whenever my sister was watching that television show with me, my parents seemed to be more flexible about allowing me to stay up to watch it inasmuch as my sister was older than me and wasn’t expected to go to bed early as I was. Sometimes after watching Saturday Night Live, I’d come across a really interesting movie and I’d stay up until 3 or 4 in the morning to watch it. One time late at night after Saturday Night Live ended, I came across this one channel that was showing old movies; and there was this one black-and-white French film titled Sundays and Cybèle. The movie had been dubbed from French into English. It looked interesting to me. Therefore, I decided to watch it from beginning to end.

Sundays and Cybèle was a French film about an adult man who had to be at least in his thirties and who forms an innocent friendship with a 12-year-old girl named Cybèle. This man’s name is Pierre, and he is a war veteran who is suffering from emotional problems because of tragic events he confronted during his time in the military in Vietnam. The young girl is the only person who really seems to know how to get inside his thoughts and make him feel safe outside his comfort zone. As I continued to watch the movie, it became apparent to me that this young girl was falling in love with this older man. The irony of this movie script was that the young actress (Patricia Gozzi) who played the role of Cybèle had actually had a real crush on the male actor (Hardy Krüger) who played the role of Pierre in this same movie back then.

Because I was only 13 or 14 years old when I watched this movie, the only thought that came to mind about this young girl’s non-Platonic interest in this older man was that she was a girl close to my age at the time who had strong character and, therefore, felt more romantically compatible with an older man than with a boy her own age. A couple of people have told me that I need to see this movie again as an adult, because they believe that my observation of it all will be much different from when I was an adolescent. Unfortunately, I have not watched this movie in its entirety again since then, however.

Upon reading reviews about this movie as an adult, I did find out that many people viewed this film as being controversial for its time. I didn’t really find anything controversial about it myself. There was no skin shown in this movie; but I wouldn’t have expected anything of that nature from it, because, after all, it was originally released way back in 1962. When this movie was filmed and released back then, it was before I was born and before most of you reading my article here were likely born too. From my conversations with people who had the privilege of living in those times, one thing that can be for certain is that American society was not as obsessed with pedophilia as it is now. That time era had its fair share of problems, but the United States of America was not inundated with an infestation of self-proclaimed child advocates and self-appointed pedo-experts as it is now.

I may not have seen this movie in its entirety since the time I was 13 or 14 years old. However, I have watched clips of it on YouTube; and from what I’ve seen, it’s another one of those kinds of films that you have to be French or have some French in your ancestry to understand what’s really going on in it from an analytical standpoint. I do have French in my ancestry, and I know much about the French culture. Therefore, if I had waited until I was an adult to see this same film, I immediately would have known exactly what was going on in it from an analytical standpoint.

Some critics on the Internet have made harsh comments about this movie in terms of what they believe that it implies. The most controversial aspect I’ve observed from this movie, if anything at all, is that it provides a scenario of how relationships like that of Celine Dion and the late René Angélil can possibly get started and lead to long, happy marriages.  Then again, Celine Dion and the late René Angélil are from Quebec in Canada and, therefore, both have French in their lineage.

Whenever I think about this same French movie, what now comes to mind is a girl I used to know back when I was in middle school. Her name was Susie. I was 13 years old when she was 12 years old. At the time, she and I were both living in a gated community, and there was this one security guard up at the guard shack whom she liked as more than just a friend. Upon looking at this man, he appeared to be at least 21 or 22 years of age.

Susie never did anything to hide the fact that she was in love with this older man. However, the other kids and I on the school bus never passed any kind of negative judgment on the situation. As the saying goes, the heart does what it wants rather than what society expects it to do. We all liked Susie, and her dramatics in this regard gave us all something to talk about at school when we were socializing with one another. After all, we were no longer small children but rather adolescents, and most of us were developing love interests in one way or another. Nowadays if a school bus driver were ever to allow for that scenario to evolve, she would likely get fired from her job and the authorities would be sitting every kid who rode that school bus down in private to question how much they knew about Susie’s relationship with this security guard.

I honestly do not believe that Susie was ever having sexual intercourse with this man. However, I do believe that she really had sincerely loving feelings for him, and he likely felt something for her as well; but he used a great amount of discretion in the way that he did inasmuch as he probably didn’t want any parents getting the wrong idea about him. Even if Susie had begun sneaking around with this man and had taken her relationship with him to the next level, I would have felt that it was nobody’s business. Susie was not a dumb kid. She was just a young girl who liked to aim high in her romantic pursuits as far as I was concerned. In any event, nobody got hurt in that situation. Therefore, nobody did anything wrong.

B.  Self-Proclaimed Child Advocates And Self-Appointed Pedo-Experts Thrive Off Of Sex Scandals Involving Celebrities And Underage Adolescent Girls

Since late last year, a 28-year-old baseball player named Felipe Vazquez from the Pittsburg Pirates has been drawing attention in both the press and the media, but not for his athletic talents. Felipe Vazquez was arrested sometime last year on what appears to be trumped-up sex-related charges.  It has been reported that he has been involved in a sizzling relationship with a 15-year-old girl for the past two years. This girl currently lives in Florida, which is ironically the same state where Alisha Dean engaged in her sexual shenanigans back in 2008.

The court has denied Mr. Vazquez bail, because it is apparent that he could easily seek political asylum in his native country of origin, Venezuela, and the authorities down there would likely not cooperate with the American authorities to extradite him back to our nation inasmuch as diplomatic relations between the United States of America and Venezuela have been corroding ever since Hugo Chavez Frias established a military dictatorship in Venezuela back in the earlier part of this century. Nicolas Maduro is now governing Venezuela with an iron fist. Of course, that is another Steemit article for another time.

Mr. Vazquez’s last name used to be Rivero, and then he changed it to Vazquez not too long ago. He used to play baseball for the Washington Nationals in Washington, D.C. before he switched to the Pittsburg Pirates and relocated to Pittsburg, Pennsylvania.

Because there hasn’t yet been a trial, I’m not going to speculate about the specifics of what went on between Mr. Vazquez and this teenage girl with whom he was having a forbidden romance. Whenever the American press and the American media both get a hold of these kinds of stories, they will get inventive in how they blow everything out of proportion only to drum up business for themselves without regard to the actual facts of the matter. Therefore, herein I am going to provide my observations of what I have come to know about this situation so far and give my feedback on it from various different angles.

Now, if Mr. Vazquez really harmed this girl in any way and she is willing to go along with the authorities’ efforts to send him to prison for a long time, then I will have to say “more power to her.” However, if the authorities and prosecutors are forcing this young girl into testifying against Mr. Vazquez when she doesn’t want to do so and they prosecute her for contempt of court for refusing to do so when this case actually goes to trial as what happened to a 15-year-old Connecticut girl back in 1986, I will be her biggest advocate and I will shame the authorities and prosecutors for misusing her to advance their own careers.

I don’t have the full picture of what the actual relationship is between Mr. Vazquez and this young girl. She hasn’t appeared on camera to give any interviews, and the press and the media have not disclosed her name inasmuch as she is a minor. However, what I will say is that our laws are not always right regarding these situations, and teenage girls who engage in sexual activities outside their peer circles don’t necessarily fall victim to exploitation or predation despite what self-proclaimed child advocates and self-appointed pedo-experts may say or believe.

Back in the 1960s and the 1970s, there was a specie of 15-, 14-, and even 13-year-old girls known as groupies who slept around with rock-and-roll artists who were not only in their twenties but some who were even old enough to be these girls’ fathers. Lori Mattix was a good example of that trend from that time era.  My response to the situation with Mr. Vazquez and the nameless teenage girl is that if there used to be teenage groupies who hooked up with significantly older rock artists so many decades ago, then there could be teenage groupies who aggressively seek sexual relationships with adult athletes here in our nation nowadays. If this is the scenario that describes Mr. Vazquez’s relationship with this teenage girl, then I’d have to complain that the criminal justice system is wasting the taxpayers’ money in pursuing such a witch hunt against this gentleman.

You may or may not know that Dr. Ben Carson was a presidential candidate here in the land of milk and honey back in 2016, and he was eventually appointed as the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (H.U.D.) after President Donald J. Trump took office in 2017.  When Dr. Carson’s parents got married, his father was 28 years old and his mother was only 13 years old. They did not have a perfect marriage, but it was very clear that Dr. Carson’s parents were very much in love with each other back when they first got married.

Felipe Vazquez is now 28 years old, and this young girl he’s been having a sexual relationship with is closer to him in age difference than Dr. Carson’s mother was to his father back when they got married. It could be possible that Mr. Vazquez and this young girl are actually in love with each other; and if that is the case, it will be interesting to know whether or not this girl is going to testify as a “victim” witness for the prosecution by her own volition or if the authorities and the prosecutors are going to have to treat her as a hostile witness when it comes time for her to testify at trial in both Pennsylvania and Florida.

Keep in mind that Mr. Vazquez is not originally from the United States of America; and once you get south of the Mexican-American border, it is not unusual for a man in his twenties or even older to court a girl barely in her teenage years and even marry her shortly thereafter. I’ve actually come across couples from Spanish-speaking countries here in the Western Hemisphere who fit this same description, and these couples or their kids have told me about how they’ve had long, successful marriages. If this is the case with Mr. Vazquez and this young girl, then perhaps an acquittal as a result of jury nullification in the statutory-rape trial against Mr. Vazquez would be the most just outcome that could ever happen to him and this young girl. As I said previously herein, I will try not to speculate on this matter.

Now, I know what many of you are going to say if you have been following this story about Mr. Vazquez. What about the naughty images and the likes that he and this young girl exchanged with each other? Okay. That’s a fair question. Also, I am someone who believes that anyone risking a confrontation with the pornography laws in our nation is not the wisest thing for that person to do regardless of whether that individual is an adult or a minor. Teenage minors are always getting into trouble for sexting or exchanging any kind of nude photographs online. Whether it is teenage pornography or child pornography, our criminal justice system treats any kind of underage pornography as a form of contraband like the possession of heroin, cocaine or L.S.D. Interestingly enough, teenage minors seldom ever get any relief from the legal consequences of being in possession of anything of the sort under Romeo-and-Juliet provisions in the sex laws of their state jurisdiction, because legislators simply see this sort of thing in a much harsher light than they do with respect to any other sexually-based illegal activity involving a minor. Therefore, I cannot be the one to tell Mr. Vazquez that he has nothing to worry about. He has plenty to worry about.

Nevertheless, one point that comes clearly to mind is that Kaitlyn Hunt did the same thing with her underage adolescent girlfriend back when she was 18 years old and her girlfriend was only 14 years old so many years ago, and her brief jail sentence in Florida was like a paid vacation compared with what Felipe Vazquez could be facing if he is convicted of all the sex-related charges against him.  Now, I completely get it. Ms. Hunt had several more legs to stand on with her particular situation back in 2013 than Mr. Vazquez currently has. First of all, she was only four years older than her female “victim,” whereas Mr. Vazquez is 13 years older than his alleged female victim. Moreover, Ms. Hunt had the full support and backing of the gay community in her battle against the criminal justice system, whereas Mr. Vazquez doesn’t have the support or backing of any community of minorities in his particular situation.

Because I want to keep my response to this situation involving Felipe Vazquez as impartial as possible, what I now shall do herein is respond to the comments that some YouTubers have made about this matter in their videos. One out of the three YouTubers whose videos I watched was a young boy barely in his teenage years who had a great number of negative comments to make about Mr. Vazquez. I cannot remember the name of this young man, because his video has been deleted since then and I did not catch his username on YouTube. Anyhow, this young man made it very clear that he wanted Mr. Vazquez to go to prison for a long time.

Now, in responding to what this young boy said, I’m going to make this one very big point about him and other boys his age. Most teenage boys love statutory-rape laws and high statutory ages of consent! It’s a simple fact. Why do most teenage boys love statutory-rape laws and high statutory ages of consent? Well, it allows for them to have a monopoly over all the single girls in the teen-dating scene who have not yet reached the statutory age of consent. A 15-year-old boy likes the idea of being able to pull out his cell phone and dial 911 if he sees his 14-year-old girlfriend sneaking around behind his back with a 23-year-old man. It’s much easier for him to call the police than to confront the 23-year-old man and tell him to stay away from his girlfriend.

In nations where the statutory age of consent is 15, 14 or even 13 years old, teenage boys actually have to behave themselves and treat their same-age girlfriends with respect inasmuch as they know that their girlfriends can kick them to the curb at any time and hook up with a man in his twenties or older without interference from the authorities. It could explain why those same nations have lower teenage pregnancy rates than in the United States of America, because deadbeat teenage fathers have no way of thriving in those societies as they do here in the land of milk and honey.

There may be teenage boys in high school and middle school reading this article of mine here, but I doubt that there are any of them who are actually disagreeing with my point about their love of the statutory-rape laws and high statutory ages of consent. I don’t believe that there is even one adolescent boy under the age of eighteen here in my nation who hasn’t thought about blowing the whistle on an adult man in the event that he steals that young boy’s underage girlfriend away from him. Teenage boys who are not yet old enough to vote in presidential elections have it way too easy here in the land of milk and honey to want the statutory-rape laws throughout our nation to be any different from what they are. It’s after these boys actually reach 18 years of age that they realize that these same laws are not really as terrific and wonderful as the American press and the American media make them out to be. Of course, if they fall in love with an older woman before they are above the statutory age of consent or if their older brother gets locked up for having sexual intercourse with an underage adolescent girl, then they don’t think so highly about these laws either.

Another reason that most teenage boys who are still too young to vote also love statutory-rape laws is because if they get into trouble for forcibly raping an adult woman, screaming “statutory rape” is the fastest and easiest way for them to get out of being punished for their crimes. Moreover, their parents usually side with them whenever they lie that the adult woman they raped sexually molested them, because their parents don’t want them to be sent to lockup and couldn’t care less about the adult female victim. It is sickening to think that our nation has been reduced to that disgraceful scenario, but facts are facts.

Jae Talks About Felipe Vazquez And The Sex Scandal Surrounding Him

Now, I’m going to have to hand it to Jae that he does everything he can in his video to be impartial and fair about the events encompassing Felipe Vazquez’s arrest and the likes. He doesn’t engage in name-calling or groundless and mendacious pedo-shaming against Mr. Vazquez as some other YouTubers do. He simply reads an article regarding the criminal matter that Mr. Vazquez is involved in, and he comments on it here and there. However, he doesn’t talk about organizing a lynching mob to go after Mr. Vazquez or anything of the sort, and I respect Jae for being professional in that manner.

As Jae is reading the article about Mr. Vazquez in his video, he does bring up an interesting point about the possibility that Mr. Vazquez may not have known that the young girl he had sexual relations with was below the statutory age of consent in both Florida and Pennsylvania. He notes that the press and the media should have brought up this issue in their articles and news reports about Mr. Vazquez.

According to the case law of Feliciano vs. The State of Florida, Florida currently has no ignorance-of-age defense in their statutory-rape laws. However, Jae opined in his video that the press and the media definitely needed to bring up the question of whether or not Felipe Vazquez knew that this young girl he had sexual intercourse with was below the statutory age of consent in her current state jurisdiction of residence, because, in all due fairness to Mr. Vazquez, it could possibly shine a mitigating light on Mr. Vazquez. I am not a lawyer, and I do not know how much it would help his defense in terms that his attorney might be able to present it as mitigating circumstances. Putting it hypothetically, that is. Even if it would not make any difference in his trial, it might at least spark the interest of state legislators in Tallahassee to consider whether they should pass a law in Florida that would allow for defendants in statutory-rape cases to use the ignorance-of-age defense.

Now, Mr. Vazquez may have a chance of dodging the bullet with respect to the sex-related charges against him in Pennsylvania, because that same state jurisdiction does have some kind of ignorance-of-age defense in its statutory-rape laws. However, here is the problem. That same ignorance-of-age defense in the Pennsylvania statutory-rape laws is very limited in that it only applies if the alleged victim was over 14 years of age at the time that the adult had sexual intercourse with him or her. Mr. Vazquez began having sexual relations with his alleged female victim when she was only 13 years old. Therefore, his criminal defense attorney may get some of the charges against him dismissed in Pennsylvania if he is able to show the court that Mr. Vazquez did not know how old his alleged female victim was throughout his sexual relationship with her. However, it will be very challenging for the criminal defense lawyer to get Mr. Vazquez completely off the hook for his sexual activities with this young girl. To say the least, that is.

Jae praises the young girl’s mother for running interference in the sexual relationship between the young girl and the baseball player. I’m not disagreeing with Jae on that point. However, here is where I stand on that same point. If people are going to cheer on this helicopter mom for taking control of her underage daughter’s relationship with Felipe Vazquez and putting a stop to it, then I really do not feel that it is anybody’s right to criticize Sarah Palin for having stood up for her daughter, Bristol Palin, against Levi Johnston and all his shenanigans since 2009. Never mind that Levi Johnston is the same age as Bristol Palin.  His getting her pregnant as a teenager did not give him the right to walk all over her and bring humiliation to her family.

Jae does make a very interesting point in his video about Felipe Vazquez’s sexual relationship with this young girl in that he states that he believes that it is a product of something that dates back to the cavemen in prehistoric times in terms of biology. He briefly mentions about how it used to be common for girls to get married at 13 or 14 years old, and he is accurate about it. He explains that some of us men have an easier time controlling our “biological ticks” than others and that Mr. Vazquez allowed for his “biological ticks” to get the best of him and cloud his judgment.

Now, many of you are probably asking the question, “What does any of this have to do with Zhang Muyi?” I’m getting there.

YouTuber Pam Jones Maliciously Slanders Felipe Vazquez In Her Video

As you were able to see, Pam Jones’s video starts out with melodramatic music of some man speaking profoundly as though he is getting ready to go to war. Ms. Jones claims that she is for liberty, but her ideologies are more of a recipe for an oppressive dictatorship. She is unable to decide whether or not her organization is named “The Pedophile Exposure Project” or “The Pedophile Disclosure Project.” I seriously doubt that she has even gone through the proper bureaucratic channels to legitimize her fly-by-night organization as a business.

As I watch her video, I find myself laughing at her stupidity and, at the same time, creeping out over the idea that this woman could really cause a whole myriad of needless problems for others. After watching this particular video of hers, I curiously viewed other videos of hers and was not at all surprised at how mentally unhinged this woman was in them. What is even more disturbing about this woman is that she is what is called a psycho-Christian, and those are the most dangerous kind of self-appointed pedo-experts there are inasmuch as they use The Holy Bible to justify their antagonistic, destructive actions against innocent bystanders.

In one of her videos, she directed obscene language against a man for posting a statement in the comments section of one of her videos in which he disagreed with her actions. Then she immediately turned around and cited a verse from The Holy Bible. In that sense, this woman reeks with hypocrisy, and she is a head case who should not be loose on the streets.

She looks harmless in a picture of her with her long blond hair and her sunglasses in both the above-described video about Felipe Vazquez and in the avatar for her YouTube channel. However, looks can be deceiving and she is no exception to that rule. You can hear the craziness in her voice every time you watch one of her videos on YouTube.

As proof for you of how mentally unhinged this woman is, she has even admitted in one of her videos that she has been banned from different platforms on the Internet. Now, I know that Google and YouTube suspend people’s accounts indefinitely for the stupidest of reasons or sometimes for no reason at all. However, the platforms that have banned Pam Jones were not without their fair reasons for doing so.

She likes to use the word “scourge” to describe anyone that she believes to be a child rapist or a pedophile. In the dictionary, the word “scourge” defines as (1) a whip or (2) any cause of serious affliction. Therefore, I get the distinct impression that she doesn’t even know what that word means, and she has been using it blindly in her videos.

In the 1960s and the 1970s, there used to be a scary soap opera called Dark Shadows, which re-aired in its entirety on the SyFy Channel cable network throughout the 1990s up until 2003, more or less. At one point during that show, one of its characters, Victoria Winters, took part in a séance and she was unexpectedly transported back to the year 1795. From the very first time that Barnabas Collins had given her shelter at the old house of Collinwood, his aunt, Abigail Collins, insisted that Ms. Winters was a witch. Eventually, a self-appointed cleric named Reverend Trask came on the scene, and he began to persecute Ms. Winters, insisting that she was a witch despite that he really had no evidence of it other than his suppositions and the suppositions of Abigail Collins. Well, what makes Pam Jones dangerous is that she resembles Reverend Trask in her sanctimonious ways. The only difference is that instead of her pointing her finger at people and randomly accusing them of witchcraft, she points her finger at people and randomly accuses them of pedophilia and child rape.

Perhaps a better way to describe Ms. Jones is as one of those lunatic women you may see in a Charles Bronson movie who stalks a man who has been accused of rape and goes as far as taping articles about the rape accusations against him all over the walls of his office to humiliate him before his co-workers and his superiors before he even has the fair opportunity to stand trial. This woman is simply not playing with a full deck, and she couldn’t care less about fairness in the judicial process. She just wants to hand out death sentences as she states in her above-described video regarding Felipe Vazquez. She is the closest thing to an Edgar Maddison Welch wacko.

As you watch her above-described video, you’ll see that, as a typical self-appointed pedo-expert, Ms. Jones has a blind faith in everything that the American press and the American media report. It is interesting that she is a fan of President Donald J. Trump, because he doesn’t like fake news; but she buys into everything that the American press and the American media feeds the public at large no matter how untrue or mendacious it is.

In her video, Ms. Jones speaks like a loony tune who believes that pedophiles are hiding everywhere in the shadows and are on the verge of crawling through her bedroom window to take over the entire planet. Aside from Edgar Maddison Welch, the only kind of self-appointed pedo-experts that have gone more over the edge than she has are ones that believe that pedophiles are traveling here from other planets and other dimensions to molest children. She actually believes that someone can rape a child with their eyes and their mind. This woman is scary. In her video, she talks about Felipe Vazquez needing to be locked up for good, but she is the one who belongs in an insane asylum.

Her video isn’t that long. However, watching it from beginning to end is very exhausting. Her accusations against Mr. Vazquez that he is a pedophile and a child rapist could not be more off-base than they are. First of all, to the best of my knowledge, a mental-health professional has never formally diagnosed him as a pedophile. He had a sexual relationship with a teenage girl rather than a prepubescent child. Therefore, he hardly qualifies to be a pedophile in accordance to the definition of pedophilia that appears in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (“DSM-5”). If Mr. Vasquez has continued his relationship with this young girl up until she was approaching 16 years of age, then it is more likely than not that her bodily development was well beyond Tanner Stage 1 back when he first hooked up with her when she was 13 years old.

Of course, if anyone tries to explain all of these points and facts to Ms. Jones, that person can expect her to lash back at them and accuse them of being pedophile apologists and all the other lame and cliché accusations that her kind make against anyone who refutes her assertions and contentions. It is as though Ms. Jones believes that she has some kind of “pedophile” wand that she can wave at Mr. Vazquez or anyone whom she accuses of being a pedophile and magically that individual becomes a pedophile for real. No, Ms. Jones! It doesn’t work that way, and you are not an expert in these matters; so give it up.

Now, would Mr. Vazquez be a child rapist as Ms. Jones claims? I guess, purely from a legal standpoint, she could argue that he is. However, as I have stressed in previous Steemit articles of mine, the law is not always right about everything; and changing the law to make it right can often be more trouble than it should be here in our nation. Here is my perspective on whether Mr. Vazquez is a child rapist from an intellectual standpoint.

The late Kenneth Parnell kidnapped a 7-year-old boy named Steven Stayner back in 1972, and he repeatedly raped that young boy for years. The late Mr. Parnell was every definition of a child rapist. Back in 2013, Donald James Smith kidnapped, raped, and murdered an 8-year-old girl named Cherish Perrywinkle.  This man was eventually arrested, tried and convicted for his crimes against the little girl, and he is now on death row where he belongs. His mother actually testified in his defense at trial. I once heard that after Todd Nickerson came out to the world that he was a pedophile but that he had never sexually molested children, the public did not take it too kindly; and both he and his father were fired from their respective jobs. If Mr. Nickerson’s father lost his livelihood over something that he had nothing to do with, then Donald James Smith’s mother was out of her mind to testify in Mr. Smith’s defense at his criminal trial, because she was putting herself into even more imminent danger than Todd Nickerson’s father had ultimately confronted. Of course, that is another Steemit article for another time.

Anyhow, Felipe Vazquez did have sexual intercourse with a teenage girl who was not yet capable of consenting to such sexual relations in the eyes of the law; and I am not going to try to make him out to be a poster boy for good behavior, because he is far from it. However, Mr. Vazquez doesn’t even come close to resembling the kind of child predator that the late Kenneth Parnell was and Donald James Smith is. The late Kenneth Parnell and Donald James Smith victimized prepubescent children in some of those most heinous ways. However, Mr. Vazquez’s teenage sex partner had a choice of whether or not she wanted to become involved with Mr. Vazquez. Regardless of whether or not the law deems her to be capable of consenting to sexual relations with an adult, she could have walked away from her sexual relationship with Mr. Vazquez any time that she wanted to do so.

Teenage girls break it off with their boyfriends all the time; and once a teenage girl has given her boyfriend his walking papers, that boyfriend is never getting back with her again unless she wants him to do so. Even if Mr. Vazquez was an adult who was 13 years older than this teenage girl, he was not in any position of authority over her and she was not even living in the same state as him by the time of his arrest. Therefore, she could have broken it all off with him any time that she wanted to do so. Rejection and dumping boyfriends are two skills that girls get down to a fine art by the time they hit their early teenage years. It doesn’t matter if the young man she is using these skills on is a boy the same age as her or an adult. A teenage girl usually knows how to push an unwanted male suitor out of her life.

Because Ms. Jones cannot seem to differentiate between a helpless, little child below the age of 11 and a sexually active teenager, it causes me to question her mental health and the soundness of her so-called judgment. I know that there are going to be people who will not like for me to play the devil’s advocate on this topic, but I am not someone who wishes to allow myself to follow the herd. I am like that young boy in the short tale titled The Emperor’s New Clothes who spoke out among a crowd that the emperor was naked after everyone else praised him for clothing that he was not even wearing.

Pam Jones makes it no secret that she believes that everyone is guilty until proven innocent in a court of law. She even allows the language found in criminal charges against someone to mold her perspective of that person, which shows you how unfairly biased she is. Throughout her video, she continues to refer to Mr. Vazquez’s teenage sex partner as a little girl. She has a one-sided perspective about this situation that prevents her from caring about the actual facts behind it.

Throughout her video, Ms. Jones insists that Mr. Vazquez raped this young girl from the time that she was 13 years old up until the present and that he is a dangerous pedophile. Okay, Ms. Jones. Allow me to set the record straight on this matter. First of all, “statutory rape” is not an actual act of sexual brutality but rather merely a social construct that got its origins in Western culture. Second of all, Ms. Jones, you don’t get to take writer’s license with the definition of the terms “pedophile” and “pedophilia.” To the best of my knowledge, Mr. Vazquez has never harmed a prepubescent child in his life. As a matter of fact, from what I’ve heard, he is a good uncle to his sister’s kid. If anything, Ms. Jones, you have just given Mr. Vazquez grounds to sue you for slander and defamation of character, which you would deserve.

Ms. Jones? You seem to have a much sugarcoated perspective of what teenagers are really like. You are 60 years old, and yet you don’t seem to have any recollection of how your generation used to let the good times roll back when you were teenagers yourselves. Perhaps you lived a sheltered life, although I would find it hard to believe inasmuch as you are a native of California where teenagers have always been striving to acquire the same rights as adults to express their sexuality. The best thing about leaving California for me was getting away from flakes and nuts like you, Ms. Jones, although I did like California from an overall standpoint while I was living there; and I did meet many good people there.

Ms. Jones? I may not be a Christian as you are. However, I pray and hope that no 15-year-old boy ever forcibly rapes you, because if he does, you can expect that his parents will bring statutory-rape charges against you in order to make their son look innocent of his crime. It happens all the time in this nation, thanks to people like you. Also, don’t think that only because you are in your sixties that no 15-year-old boy would ever be sexually attracted to you and contemplate raping you. If you read my Steemit article titled “Idaho Wisely Rejects Underage Marriage Bill,” you will find a news story about a 15-year-old boy who forcibly raped a 64-year-old woman in Ohio.  Therefore, if it could happen to that 64-year-old woman, then it could happen to you. Of course, I would never wish such a heinous crime on any woman; but don’t complain about the consequences that would ensue from such a tragedy, Ms. Jones, as I have described them, because it is your kind who loused up the statutory-rape laws in our nation to the point that they can actually be detrimental to the public interest rather than beneficial.

In her video, Ms. Jones speaks like some kind of crusader on a mission for moral preservation. However, if she truly wanted to wage a war against all forms of child abuse, she would be out there fighting to reform the broken and defective inheritance laws in our nation so that no youngster who has ever suffered physical, emotional or sexual abuse at the hands of his or her parents would ever have to be destitute or even homeless in their adulthood.  Obviously, Ms. Jones sees nothing in such a fight for herself, and, therefore, she continues on being the busybody that she is who pokes her nose into places where it doesn’t belong. Therefore, I have serious doubts on whether she really does care about the safety and well-being of our nation’s children and our nation’s youth in general.

I had read a post of hers in the comments section of one of her YouTube videos, and therein Ms. Jones disclosed the fact that she had occasion to travel to South Africa. If she really did go there, I would think that she would have better things to do with her time than to badmouth a 20-something-year-old baseball player like Felipe Vazquez whose only true crime may have been falling in love with an adolescent girl who was on the opposite side of the legal age line from him, which shouldn’t even be a crime at all if there has been no harm done to anyone. Afrikaner children as young as newborns are being raped and murdered constantly in South Africa. I’ve heard horror stories about gangs of Zulus breaking into the homes of the Afrikaner farmers and raping their little kids and pouring boiling, hot water on them in that same nation. With all of these tragedies going on in that country where Ms. Jones claims to have visited, why should she even be concerned about teenage girls sneaking around behind their parents’ back with older boyfriends?

We all need to beware of people like Pam Jones, because these are usually the kind of individuals who disguise their detrimental agenda and ulterior motives as legitimate, well-meaning concerns about the safety and well-being of our youth and our children; and there will be people foolish enough to follow them like a herd of sheep. A good example in this regard is Dr. Hans Asperger.

For many years, the public praised Dr. Asperger for his so-called research as well as his invention of “Asperger’s syndrome” and the treatment for it even beyond his death in 1980. Professionals in the medical community idolized him as being some kind of hero and advocate for children. However, it was revealed in 2018 that Dr. Asperger was involved in the torture and murder of hundreds of innocent children in his home nation of Austria in complicity with the Nazis back during the World War II era. He would falsely diagnose children with “Asperger’s syndrome” (then known as Autistic Psychopathy) at his clinic and arrange for them to be sent off to a death camp to be dissected and eventually murdered, and he would fool these children’s parents into believing that these kids died of some unexpected ailment. He was slick and smooth about how he fooled people into allowing for him to access their children and then have them tortured and murdered. Also, these were not even Jewish kids but rather Austrian kids. Therefore, Dr. Asperger was guilty of killing his own people.

After the truth about Dr. Asperger came out into the open recently, as I had expected, there was a significant amount of pushback from the autistic community simply because none of these people wanted to believe that someone who was a hero in their eyes could have been capable of committing such savageries and atrocities against children. Dr. Asperger may not have been a member of the Nazi party himself on an official basis, but his complicity with them made him just as much of a war criminal as any of them who were involved in the Holocaust. I, therefore, warn everyone reading my article here that Pam Jones could be one of those kinds of wolves in sheep’s clothing who is masquerading her agenda as a mission to protect kids. It has happened way too often in history for all of us Americans not to be on the lookout for these kinds of predators.

Pam Jones shows how dangerous and mentally unhinged of an individual she is by believing that she has the ability to rewrite history. In her above-described video, she insists that what Mr. Vazquez had with the above-described teenage girl was not a sexual relationship but that he raped her. Again and again Ms. Jones is found throwing the word “pedophile” at him; when fact has it that if he really were a pedophile, he would have lost interest in that young girl fairly quickly. That is, assuming that she was still in Tanner Stage 1 in her bodily development when he met her.

In her video, Ms. Jones expresses her disgust that Mr. Vazquez is due to get paid thirteen million dollars for two baseball seasons. Ms. Jones? Unless you are a baseball fan, what is it to you? He is a star athlete, and it would only make sense that he would be making that kind of money.

Ms. Jones? You shout from the digital rooftop that the American people will never legalize pedophilia. Well, those of us Americans who are intelligent are going to fight you tooth and nail in your self-serving efforts to expand the definition of pedophilia into something that it is not.

When I got my first job working in the city, there was this one woman with whom I used to work whose name was Annette. When I first met her, she seemed like a friendly person. I was younger than her, and she had been working in my office for some time. Therefore, I respected her. She lived closer into the city than I did. She lived on a military base with her husband, and she had two kids.

Anyhow, later on, I found out that she was one of those girls who had found true love, so to speak, back when she was an adolescent and had married her high-school sweetheart at the age of eighteen after she had graduated. In the beginning, these facts about her did not cause me to judge her for the better or for the worse in any manner. In fact, I was even happy for her that she had secured such a promising path with her life at an early age.

As time moved on, Annette began behaving strangely. For example, she would insult this one woman on the night shift about her weight right in front of her at our office. What made her actions so interesting in that regard was that she was also on the chunky side herself. She would preach on about how a young man should be dating if he didn’t have a girlfriend. She spoke about her 19-year-old brother dating religiously, even though he didn’t have a girlfriend. As time moved on, she did less and less to hide the fact that she was in love with herself, and she talked as though she believed that she was a princess merely because she had gotten married at the perfect adult age of eighteen to her high-school sweetheart.

Annette was constantly poking her nose into my personal business. It got to the point that she had become derisive with me, and I had to sever all ties with her inasmuch as I did not have the time or the patience to deal with her nonsense. Moreover, she was no longer working in my unit by then. Therefore, I had no incentive to continue being friendly with her.

Annette was always one to get up on her moral high horse, even with her loved ones. For example, she once told me that if she had ever found out that either one of her kids was gay, she would kill them. Upon hearing her make that statement, I thought to myself in a sarcastic sense, “Wow, what a nice mother.” She one time told me about a man in his thirties who had gotten arrested for something similar as Felipe Vazquez, and she commented that she would kill him in the event that she were ever to come face to face with him.

My biggest problem with Annette was that she was always one to rush to judgment about others, even though she really did not have the moral high ground to do so. Why do I say so? I say so, because she would brag about all the men she would have affairs with while her husband was out of town. I guess that somehow in her twisted mind, she thought that having married right out of high school gave her the right to diversify her sexual pursuits to an extramarital level. She actually proclaimed herself to be a religious woman.

After I left my hometown and moved to New York City, Annette was one bad memory that I put out of my mind for as long as I could.  So many years later, after I moved from New York to Los Angeles, California, I flew home to visit my family on the East Coast. There was this one celebration that my hometown had every summer, and I decided to take part in it. As I was walking around at that celebration, I looked over and saw what appeared to be Annette sitting nearby in a folding chair with a smile on her face. I wasn’t sure that it was her, but I wanted nothing to do with her; and I couldn’t figure out why she was there inasmuch as she had been living closer into the city the last time I had seen her. I eventually moved back to my hometown.

About a year or so ago, I came across a Facebook page of hers, and it revealed to me that she had been living in my community. It greatly baffled me, because she had always acted as though she never wanted to live too far out from the city. Anyhow, I was shocked to see that she was still with her husband. I kept thinking that if she was still with her husband, she and her husband had probably gotten treated for every venereal disease under the sun in view of the way she cheated on her husband.

The reason that I brought up Annette’s name is because Pam Jones reminds me of her. Ms. Jones comes across to me as one of those prima donnas who lived out the exciting first-love experience during her adolescent years and married young, and, therefore, she somehow believes herself to be morally superior to others who don’t fit the same mold as she does insofar as she thinks she can merely point her finger at anyone and determine what their moral compass is without even knowing that person. The reason that I bring this point up is to stress to all of you that these people are extremely dangerous and should not be trusted. When they start in with their rhetoric about some moral crusade they are on, do not take stock in anything they say.

Pam Jones is one of those femi-Nazi societal fundamentalists who will go shooting her rhetoric off at anyone who finds themselves in the public eye in the way that Felipe Vazquez did, while she does not know all the facts of the matter. Even if Ms. Jones were to push someone off the top of the Empire State Building to their death and were indicted for it, she will never suffer the indignities of seeing the inside of a men’s penal facility inasmuch as she is a woman. That is, unless, of course, she decides to become a corrections officer in a men’s state prison, and even at that, she would still be safer than the convicts serving time there inasmuch as her co-workers would have her back. Therefore, she can afford to act pompous and cocky toward Mr. Vazquez’s situation or that of any other man who may be in a similar situation.

I’m not mindless of the fact that Felipe Vazquez pushed many boundaries after he became involved with his teenage sex partner. There can be no question that he was playing with fire after he decided to turn his relationship with this same adolescent girl into a sexual one. It is true that he could get any woman his own age if he wanted to do so because of his celebrity status and because of the amount of money he earns every year as a baseball player. However, all the facts about this involvement of his with a teenage girl have not come to light yet. Therefore, for all we know, if the young girl’s mother had never found out about their relationship, Mr. Vazquez could have been walking down the aisle with this young girl three or four years from now to take wedding vows with her.

I’m not mindless of the fact that a 13-, 14- and 15-year-old girl cannot consent to sexual relations with an adult man from a purely legal standpoint. However, whether one can do so from a psychological standpoint remains open to debate to this very day. Many of you are probably going to emphasize to me that the law is the law and that Mr. Vazquez has to pay his debt to society for breaking it the way that he did. Okay. I’ll go ahead and allow for each and every one of you to occupy the higher ground in this argument for the sake of the points that I’m about to make herein.

Now, let’s pretend for a moment that Felipe Vazquez had kept his relationship with this young girl celibate until she was either above the statutory age of consent in her state jurisdiction or whatever state jurisdiction they met up in or until he and this girl married each other. Also, let’s pretend for a moment that his relationship with this girl somehow got out into the open, and the press and the media were reporting about it despite that Mr. Vazquez had not broken any laws in that event. Would the court of public opinion have shown Mr. Vazquez more respect than it does now? Well, that question brings me to the topic of Zhang Muyi.
