Do you know how to perform these training techniques?


Doing several exercises within a series has a purpose and that is not grouping any exercise or occupying all the gym equipment, I see every day, especially men thinking they know how to train but seeing their super series I notice they do it incorrectly .
These techniques do not consist of putting more exercises and more repetitions, I do not understand why you have the concept of MAS IS BETTER ...

Bi-series: consists of grouping an agonist muscle with an antagonist within a series and working them.

Tri-series: consists of grouping the muscles present within the synergy of an exercise.
