Ingredients to prepare homemade sangria (1.5 litres):
1 bottle of young red wine of 750 ml.
2 peaches.
1 apple.
3 juice oranges (you can also use 2 oranges and 1 lemon, to taste).
1/2 cinnamon stick.
1 can (330 ml) of soda (optional, but fits very well).
2 tablespoons of sugar.
2 tablespoons water.

Preparation, how to make the homemade sangria recipe:
Squeeze the oranges, strain the juice and put it in the jug or container where you are going to serve the sangria.
It also incorporates red wine.
Peel the apple, peel it, cut it into small squares and throw it in the jar.
Do the same with the peaches: peel them, remove the stone, cut them into small squares and put them in the jar as well.
Also add the cinnamon stick.
Now let's make a little syrup. It is simply a matter of diluting the sugar so that when it is added to the jar it dissolves perfectly and does not settle on the bottom. To do this, put the sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat for a few minutes until the sugar dissolves. Add to the jar and stir well.
Now let it stand at room temperature for a couple of hours, so that the flavors merge and the wine takes on all the flavor of the fruit. If you are going to eat it more than two hours after it has been prepared, then after those two hours of rest you should put it in the refrigerator until serving it.
When you go to serve it, you can put the soda, and to cool it but not water it is best to put ice directly in the glasses of the diners and pour into them the sangria to cool it.

Serve and taste:
After 2 hours of rest, the sangria is ready to serve. As we have mentioned, just before serving it you can add soda, which will make it bubbly and softer. And to cool it down, there's nothing better than ice at the last minute.

If you have excess bleeding or you are going to eat it after 2 hours rest, keep it in the refrigerator with all the fruits. It is a refreshing drink with a delicious fruity taste, and therefore perfect for the summer, both in appetizers and accompanying lunches and dinners, is of... scandalous!
