Hello Steemians, it is a pleasure for me to be able to greet you and let you know the progress we have made in such a short time in our community CreceVenezuela, a project that was born with the purpose of helping each one of the Venezuelans and Spanish speaking people.
A brief overview of our history:
Crecevenezuela begins its first steps in May 2018. Our start was not easy, in the beginning we had to make ourselves known in Steemit and in the discord of other communities in order to be visible to other users. Closing relationships with administrators of other discord in search of always giving improvements to our followers.
Our community has the purpose of helping all the Venezuelan and Spanish speaking users who come to life in Steemit through our healings, our educational activities, advice to improve the posts of our followers and concerns about how to handle a discord for a good use of it.
And in this way, our users feel good and satisfied with the good service we are offering as a community. Always doing our bit for those who need us most.
Why was CreceVenezuela born? what were its reasons for forming a community?
We have seen that, in other communities, this aid is not given at 100%. And many of the Steemians united to these communities feel frustrated, unmotivated and often fail to carry out an activity that can be beneficial for each of them simply because they do not have a helping hand to guide them.
Many of these Steemit users are part of the Trail of Healing in various communities, hoping to receive the benefit of a vote that will encourage them to continue to grow and be valued as good writers. However, many of them are not taken into account and simply do not receive an answer as to why. Our community wants to change this by responding and advising our followers and encouraging them to be great.
That is why CreceVenezuela has a discord that is made up of a team of Admin, Moderators and Collaborators who are giving advice to our users throughout the day, in order to make them feel cared for and supported by us. Thanks to this initiative we have received good reviews from our followers.
The method we use to help our followers
CreceVenezuela has been a community that has had a very positive entry to Steemit, through the discord we have managed to socialize with more than 500 Steemians who have come to us in search of a helping hand. We are a community that provides healing. And our last step through the advice and counseling is to heal post from our followers.
CreceVenezuela has focused on creating a healing trail, so that our followers can receive the corresponding vote in their posts, without excluding anyone. Except for those posts that do not comply with Steemit's rules and policies.
Our "Orincones" Healing Trail has been supported by over 110 Steemians and growing. They have placed their trust in us, delegating Steem Power (SP) and we have supported that trust in healings in each of their post. Using our slogan GROW WITH VOWS.
What conditions do we use to evaluate our followers? And in this way help them to improve every day.
We perform healing in which we select several post, these post are evaluated with the following conditions:
Editorial staff: We evaluate an essay where spelling is used correctly. This does not mean that it has to be perfect writing. You only have to respect the rules of spelling.
Content: The posts we evaluate must have original content, without any plagiarism. We encourage users to have new ideas that can be known through their writing to each of us as readers.
Image: The images can be own or referential, as long as the source from which they are supplied is identified, so as not to violate Steemit's rules and policies.
Tagging (Tag): We evaluate the content with the tags used, which are in accordance with the information provided.
Structure of the post: We also evaluate the way the post is structured, impressive and stylish to the content..
We consider all of the above with the aim of always giving better benefits to those who strive harder to grow and not just to receive a vote.
Our healing report
After we have done the healing, we publish a report of the post selected by CreceVenezuela. Recognizing our followers for good content in their posts. This to keep them motivated to keep giving their best.
This report shows the date of the days the healings were performed, so that our followers can see that several healings are performed each week. A table is placed with the users and links of their posts. So that other Steemians can get to know your work. And at the end we leave an invitation to new users to join this project. And, like those who are already with us, receive support. Thanks to our healing trail.
With this report we have obtained good reviews and support from many Venezuelan and Spanish speaking users who have come to us for help. And to be recognized as good Steemit writers. It is a joy for us to be able to count on all this support that you have given us in no time either.
We will continue to do our best to support the trust you have placed in us on our Healing Trail. The achievement we have achieved is the achievement of our followers. And of those who are part of our community.
Our activities at Discord CreceVenezuela
Our activities are based on encouraging the users to spend a very pleasant time with us, interacting with each of the members of the discord. We have carried out music activities, where different users have participated and shared their musical experiences with us. We have learned that being attentive and collaborating with users has allowed us to get to know them better.
Also, we have carried out healing activities, in which we advise users to improve their post, in order to provide them with better benefits with our healing trail.
We have advised many users to know how to use every tool that we put in our discord, so that they can understand how we work in search of constant improvements to the server and that they can use. So that they feel comfortable interacting with us and other users.
Our Discord CreceVenezuela is made up of several rooms in which we leave information belonging to our community and others that support us. In this way we can offer our users the best possibilities to grow in Steemit.
CreceVenezuela has only one purpose. And it is to give the necessary and disinterested help, with the only purpose that our users have the necessary support and feel valued as members of our community.
