Greetings, how are you steemit friends? Hopefully still the spirit. I want to share how to construct a project implementation method, May be useful for all friends, This writing, not entirely my writing because almost all of the implementation methods I believe the same.

Preparation Method of implementation on a job is the main thing in implementing a project activity, it is considered necessary to facilitate the manager in addressing the problems that will be faced in the implementation of the work.
Things that need to be considered for consideration in preparing an implementation method include :

Materials to be used include the location of material collection and storage at work location.
Manpower necessary.
Equipment used either manual or heavy equipment.
Weather factor by utilizing effective working days.

After we have studied the contents of the auction documents (drawings and technical specifications) and explanations of the committee at the time of anwidzjing in the project office, as well as from our review of the spaciousness, there are some points of concern and consideration in formulating the steps of implementation methods in this work. From the considerations of the above matters, then we must develop an appropriate method of implementation to support the implementation of work with the stages and targets appropriate, timely and appropriate quality.

Field Cleaning

Prior to commencement of work, the location of our work is cleared of used materials such as wood chips, materials that can interfere with the execution of the Work and the leveling of the soil to determine the axis and height of the building. After the field clearance is done then the work will proceed to the next stage. Measurement or seeting out needs to be done to obtain the distance of elevation and level between the previous work and the work to be done.

Installation Measurement and Benchmarking

To support the Implementation of Construction work, we will make the measurement first. To perform the measurement work is witnessed by the OWNER / Board of Directors who will show the reference point. We will make the uitzet stamp in the execution of the work, in the initial measurement or *MC 0*, then we will get the measuring data, the Situation Picture, the elongated and transverse profile image and the contruction drawing, we will submit the Contruction Drawing drawing of the measurement of MC 0 prior to approval by OWNERS / Directors. We will make measurements in the field before starting the job, as long as the work is done and after the work is done or the end of the finishing work. The main guidelines for the implementation of measurement work in the field are the concrete pegs which are the main point of "Bench Mark" which will be determined by the directors of the field. We will install an additional 2 (two) concrete pegs, which will serve as the main Auxiliary point, placed at the beginning and end of the Plot, and shall not be disturbed and altered directly or indirectly during its execution. The concrete bench which is the main Auxiliary point, the elevation position, the coordinates or the abscission, is perfectly tied with the main point concrete block. All drawing data of measurement sketch and measurement result calculation before commencement of work will be requested by the Board of Directors / Field Supervisor, and then used as guidance for depiction drawing implementation *(Contruction Drawing)*

Working water supply

Working water is necessary to support the implementation of the work, where the working water works for the job of comissioning testing and other mix of work. For the provision of working water required one pump machine for the distribution of working water. Installation of the water pump is done by first performing a lighter to get the water source, then done the installation of pipes and water tap. Water for work purposes is accommodated in water or water drums. Working water can also be obtained from existing existing sources by connecting and paying a set amount of costs.

Procurement of Electricity

Methods of Working Water and Water Supply Implementation Working electricity is required to assist in ceramic cutting, iron cutting, water pumping, work lighting and power to operate other work aids. Electrical procurement by making a new power meter with the submission to the Electric Company or from the Generator depends on the efficiency of the implementation of the work.

Working Barracks

For the cement storage warehouse, Iron and other building materials used in the execution of the project, the premises must be well protected from moisture or other destructive weather conditions. The storage floor should be strong and at least 30 cm from the ground. The location of the board of directors is made in a place that is easy to reach and easy to achieve in the process of loading and unloading material to be used.

Documentation and Administration

In every implementation of the activity we take the photo documentation and submit the photo to the supervisory consultant and the board of directors regarding the progress of the work as determined by the Board of Directors during the contract period.
Photo taken at the beginning / before the implementation of activities / work is in the implementation and has completed the implementation of work and at other times as determined by the supervisory consultant and the Board of Directors.
The photos are also an indicator in the assessment of the progress of the field work placements that reflect each item of physical and non physical work listed in the BoQ contract. In the photo taking process the documentation of our party refers to the direction of the supervisory consultant and the Board of Directors. The activities seen in our program have included the implementation of temporary and fixed work, The necessary time looses for the preparation and approval of equipment delivery and spaciousness as well as leeway with public or religious holidays. In the implementation of administrative progress and reporting, we create and record all the activities of field activities
