True! We are all growing here in the platform in one way or another. But the fastest to grow is being active. And when you atr active it means you are on the spot for engagement. You just dont wait for your payout to come but rather you go out of your comfort zone and interact with other steemians. Bump up their post, create a conversation in their comment section and start building friendship along. Sometimes i call it, annoying steemians! Hahahaha..
Second, i am not annoyed by long long long comments! Hahahaha because I love doing one. I know sometimes other people dont like reading one, they see it as a post per se. But for me, its one way of creating an impact to others. Letting them know that I have been here in your post, i have read it and now i am giving upvote and comment love. You see, long posts are are created with extra efforts and love. They are not just copy pasted from something or somewhere especially if the topic is personalized not just stated facts from google and wikipedia.
I am always motivated and inspired seeing posts in keeping and reaching out for others. The community is not solely built just for you, it was built for all. It is not an island to be isolated, we must set forth out and connect to the community.

Finally got your video to play through. I love your sentiment. I'm engaging a lot these days and having fun as well as being rewarded by growing my personal relationships with a lot of creators. Everybody wins!
Ich für meinen Teil versuche immer (öfters) ein paar passende Worte zu finden für einen Kommentar. Engagement ist schon wichtig. Ohne nichts, kommt nichts, oder.

Diesen Monat war ich leider nicht so erfolgreich mit dem Kommentieren.
Generell war ich viel zu wenig aktiv.
Sozusagen eine kleine Flaute. Ich bemühe mich, das wieder gut zu machen.
Schreibe jetzt gleich auch noch einen Entwurf für den nächsten eigenen Content.
Vielleicht gibt's dann morgen noch einen.
Yo yo,I love this concept. I will also be commenting way more as well. I think it's interesting that when the creator changes up content style or tells a different types of stories makes people want to comment. Not sure if that makes sense but yeah lol

It gets even more interesting when the commentor changes some things of the topic or bring his own story about the topic and the whole piece of content turns in a different direction. Right ? Lol
Also from comments we can get inspired for new stuff and ideas for content.

Yeah clear nicely that comment is best those option.
I also try to maintain engage from now
Yeah it could help if we save time for this task and with the practise it becomes absolutely normal to engage sometimes more than even create some own content. We can get easily inspired when we are commenting on others content because we are thinking about the topic again with our own view and so we become creators instead of consumers.
Lets be an example for others to focus more on engagement :)

Weird, now it works. Maybe it just wasn't stable yet. Watching now! Commenting is supremely important. It was one of my primary focuses when I started (and still is). I rarely resteem, I really should start now since that option is now available.
Yeah sometimes the IPFS is a bit tired and wobbly ^^
Good plan: Resteeming is rly an important tool for us and our followers :) Glad to see you back in my comments!
