21 calls. In a year. When you have to do 30 hours per months (in 2-4 shifts, I suppose, means 32-36 hours in total).
I wonder how they can afford that. I know there are requirements on arrival time but for 21 (minor?) calls in about 400 nighttime hours ... I don't know. It sounds kinda unbalanced.
I think it's a good decision to see your children grow instead.
