Mask, a billionaire and owner of several companies, including Tesla and Spice X, admitted he was suffering from manic depression. "The reality is big peaks, bad gliders and relentless pressure," he wrote on Twitter
"When you follow Alon Mask in Instrast, life seems great, I wonder if the up and downs they experience make life more enjoyable?"
"The reality is big highs, bad gliders and relentless pressure," Mask replied. However, he added, "I do not think people want to hear about the last two things."
In response to a question from another user, he wrote that he suffers from bipolar disorder, but after 7 minutes he reserved the answer: "Maybe not medically, I do not know ... bad feelings are accompanied by bad events, so the real problem may be that I'm being carried away by what I do" .
In any case, rich people are not immune to disease. Other studies have found a link between a stressful economy and depression. For example, sharp declines in stock markets increase the use of antidepressants, according to an article published last year in the journal Health Economics. Moreover, studies have found that men are less likely to get help than women.
